Welcome to our beautiful one story 4 bedroom home located on Liberty Village, just 10 minutes to Walt Disney World, and only minutes to several restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

As you walk in to our home there is a formal living room and dining room, following it through to our Kitchen which has everything needed to make your vacation, easy. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything from pots and pans, to dishes and cutlery, making dinners a breeze. Our open kitchen overlooks the living room, with BRAND NEW brown leather reclining couches.


Off the living room, is our beautiful south facing pool overlooking the lake, great for quiet nights drinking, or during the day with no overlooking neighbors,

The master bedroom which is just off the lounge overlooking the pool and lake area has a huge King size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub, and two sinks.

The other 3 bedrooms all share a bathroom which is located in the middle of all bedrooms, so no one is out of the way. The second bedroom which features a Queen bed and TV is located at the front of the home, the second bedroom which has two single/twin beds and TV and the third bedroom which has a day bed, can either be one single bed or a King size bed and TV.

Pool heat is $20 per day if required
no mailbox at the home and we cannot be held responsible foe package deliveries.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Old Town. You'll find features like an outdoor pool and a water park. The vacation home offers a private pool and a kitchen.

Neighborhood is Changing
We love this property, we love to come and stay. The location is great because when i come down for work it's in the middle of everything i need. But this neighborhood is getting crazier. What I mean by that is I saw 2 hit and runs happen with cars parked on the street Friday night and then the whole weekend had crazy drivers going over 30mph in the neighborhood. Its never been like that. Its most certainly not the owners fault. But if you have kids you should be aware . Other than that our stay was as expected. Neighbors can be rude but I probably would be too if i lived next to a VRBO.

Great home to stay at
We were desperate to find a place to stay so we could evacuate from our home from hurricane Milton. This turned out to be a great place to stay with our animals for the 3 nights we were there.. It was clean and a beautiful home. We didn't lose power. Thank you again and we'll definitely book again in the future if we're on vacation in that area.

Peaceful location
Screened lanai was wonderful! The pool was clean and just the right temperature. There were plenty of pool toys and furniture and several umbrellas for shade. The layout of the house is fantastic. There were 3 of us and we all had our own separate area. There was a maintenance issue but nothing we couldn’t live with. Would stay here again.

Second Stay still a charm
This is our family's second time staying here. Our last stay was 2022. The property was just a clean and nice as last time. The pool is amazing. The caretaker was quick to answer questions and give us all the help we needed. This is also my favorite location in Kissimmee. Nice easy drive to the beaches. Close to the fun things to do. And very relaxing by the very clean pool.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed. Including a pack and play and crib for my 4 month old son. It was set up perfect for our family! Very clean and located perfectly for Disney! We will be returning next year:-)

Comfort away from home

The stay at this rental was good. Very nice place and easy to locate. My only issue really is the communication with property manager. I sent a text on the night of arrival 4/5/2024 asking a question and never got a response. Thankfully we didn't have an emergency.

Very clean but a few maintenance issues.
House was clean and comfortable. Has some minor maintenance that needs to be attended to but overall a good value. Did not use the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate at all but it was clean and ready. Didn’t use grill either as it was extremely dirty and we didn’t have the time or materials to clean it. Would stay here again if the occasion arose. Very happy with the accommodations for the price.

The house layout was very nice. The amenities were also excellent. What I really appreciated was the quiet neighborhood. No barking dogs, loud music, noisy cars etc... The location was about 5-10 miles from markets and restaurants. Overall great stay. Better than any hotel.

Lots of room
Nice size home! Plenty of room to spread out for a family. The home was clean, the beds and couches in the family room were comfortable. The fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster worked great (we didn't use the stove/oven). The pool was clean and water felt great in the evening. Thank you for the stay!

Home was clean and well cared for. Pool was great. Parking for 2 cars was tight, but 2 cars did fit. We only needed the master bedroom, but all the others looked nice. House is dated, but well taken care of.
