The expansive lower floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious yet cozy living area perfect for gatherings. A large, comfortable sectional offers breathtaking views of the inviting private pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a six-seat breakfast bar, a dining table for eight, and a four-seat window bar, provides ample space for the entire family to gather and enjoy home-cooked meals or private chef catering.

Designed to accommodate up to 18 guests across two levels, this mansion offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, a king-sized master suite provides a luxurious retreat. The second floor boasts two additional king-sized suites, another king-sized bedroom with a separate bathroom, and two spectacular themed bedrooms. The Mario and Luigi-themed room features two sets of bunk beds, while the underwater adventure-themed room includes two sets of bunk beds, an additional twin and full-sized bed.

For entertainment, The Starburst Villa features a dedicated cinema room with a large projection screen and ten authentic theater seats. The contemporary upper floor loft is perfect for a game of pool, or you can retreat to one of the themed bedrooms and enjoy gaming on the X-Box Series X console.

Outside, Florida’s warm weather beckons you to the private deck overlooking the Nicklaus Golf Course. A sparkling swimming pool and spillover spa provide the perfect oasis for relaxation. Fun, clean house for Disney/Universal stay
This home is really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We weren't that far from all the area attractions. Plus, the neighborhood offers several pools and a small waterpark. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for a nice stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house! Extremely clean and well kept home. Great bunk bed Star Wars room that the kids loved! Play room was also a big hit with basketball, pool table, and other fun games for adults and kids! Spacious rooms and two beautiful Master bedrooms! Our only recommendation is for the management company to have specific instructions for how to get the hot tub to work. The water level would decrease and it would not heat every time. Also, the pool light was not working. Nice home and would definitely rent it again!

Great house for a group of 9 boys with the bunk room, pool, game room and resort amenities. It took a few days for the pool heater to work but we were not charged until it was working. Only suggestion would be to be sure all plates and glasses were dishwasher and microwave safe
