Room was comfortable. It was a little dated, but very well appointed. We love the cook to order breakfast; but wish they served decaf coffee. There was free parking for our rental car.

Entiendo que deben tener más personal en el área de comedor. Solo habían 2 meseros y más de 10 mesas para atender. Llegamos antes que muchos huéspedes y fuimos los últimos en que nos tomaran la orden. El mesero intentó todo por hacer lo mejor posible pero la realidad es que era mucho trabajo para el ya que su compañera básicamente no le ayudaba en casi nada.

The Hotel was beautful, everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I also love that breakfast was made to order and not a continental like usual hotels. Staff was very nice and personable.

En general el hotel lo encuentre buenisimo. Los cuartos son cómodos y espaciosos. Incluye desayuno con varias opciones preparado al momento. El Staff fue amable. La propiedad tiene buen parking y está bien localizado con tiendas y restaurantes cerca del área. Cuando regrese a Orlando me hospedaría nuevamente ahí.

Karina the manager and Randy the maintenance was super nice and welcome us to the hotel and I never get the name of the guys who get the order from breakfast he was nice and super professional he was by his self on Saturday, October 14 and manage to give good service and efficient to the guest o really recommend this places if you want go quarterly of service and in knowledge. definitely, I come back to his place. The stay was perfect for a group i came with. 5 of us and stayed in two rooms for a great price! I was amazed by how clean and nice the room was. My favorite part was breakfast. The gentlemen were genuine and kind serving us our breakfast that was so delicious.we all agreed we will be coming back to stay here again. Thanks guys at the front desk and throughout the place for providing us with great hospitality!

Nice complementary breakfast and very friendly staff. The room smell like it was painted the day before and the windows were dirty with drying paint. We got to call service late in the night for a bathroom problem. Need some serious details renovation.
