Had a pleasant stay. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast was table service and included with your stay. Very nice surprise. Spacious rooms and large bed. Very nice decor inside. Quiet and neat. Would recommend staying here and is on our list of visit again. Thank you.

Hotel does not math Hotels.com standard!
The hotel was in very poor condition with two very loud parties going on in the event rooms of the hotel. We were assigned to a 7th floor room and could hear the music in our rooms. We left the hotel immediately. The hotel was also very dirty. The hotel has refused to give us a refund. Can Hotels.com help us with a refund? Thank you!

For some reason this review keeps getting rejected. I'm just telling it like it is if you don't want to hear the truth Expedia then stop asking. I won't revise this.Reviews of this hotel seem to be generally good. I'm not sure what values those people hold but in my opinion they are incorrect. Maybe the other floors are fine, but the 4th floor was unacceptable. The carpets in the hall were filthy with the same trash for 4 days. The entire floor smelled like pot several times during our stay. The room itself was dirty and poorly renovated. It felt like a low rent apartment. I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

So..I left my AirPods at the table for breakfast. I dint realize until later that day. So the next day when I went down for breakfast again my waiter from the previous day walked right up to me and gave them to me. That was awesome. The only thing I can say is that if you’re on the side of the highway you will definitely hear all the traffic that goes on at night.
