No parties & no unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the condo. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and report to VRBO.

Great place!
I’ll keep it pretty simple. The host- amazing! Kind, courteous! The home- great gated community! Exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable! Just a short walk away from the water area (pool, 2 large/tall slides, and a good size splash pad with slides). The pool table is in the garage, and was a great place to have some fun family time in the evenings or when we had to stay inside due to rain. LOVED the home!! Location- It is a little out of the way from shopping, restaurants, and theme parks, but not too far out of the way (Publix is very close). We did have to get on I-4 every time we went somewhere, so nothing took just a few minutes to get to because it was always congested, but if you don’t mind that, then this place is absolutely perfect for you! We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with family
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Splash Shot! It was nice to be able to spread out and have room to relax rather than be crunched into a small hotel room. The townhouse was decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed. The washer and dryer was especially useful! It was a relief to not have to bring back dirty laundry from a long trip. The location was quiet and easy to get to all the sites. I would say it was about 15-20min drive to each of the Disney parks. From the back patio, we could even see a distant, peek-a-boo view of the Disney fireworks! Overall, I would give the place a 95/100 score. The only downsides were that the beds were certainly on the firm side and the master bedroom could use a ceiling fan for some air circulation. The owner was very responsive with communication and even allowed us to check out at 11am rather than 10am. I would certainly recommend Splash Shot to families!

Nice condo, close to Disney
The condo was very nice and met all the needs of my family of four. There is a pool and lazy river on-site but we were so tired from the theme parks, we never used them. There is a Publix about 5 minutes away which was very convenient. Disney without traffic was 25 minutes, with traffic closer to 40 minutes. TIP: Bring your username and passwords with you. There is no cable, just streaming. The owner was logged into Netflix and has a guest account. But everything was in a foreign language and was a bit confusing to navigate, so we logged into our accounts.
