All areas of the Berkeley were well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming to us on arrival. There were a couple of minor issues in the unit and maintenance was there in just a few minutes of our request and fixed the issues.

Rooms were same as seen in pictures! Stayed at a three bedroom and loved the convenience of three bathrooms and also the convenience of a full kitchen. I enjoyed the gym and hot tub. Definitely will stay again!

Great facility.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was very conveniently located to Disney Parks, house keeping was great, felt like we were at our home, private patio. Only thing that could be improved are the utensils, they are very cheap quality and melted the moment it touched hot pot. Pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware were of great quality, just bring your own utensils if you are going to cook a lot.

Very spacious 4 bedroom apt
Beautiful Resort. Travelled with my wife, son, my parents and my niece. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apt. Very spacious rooms and ample common areas. Only “complaint” O had is that furniture was a bit dated but you could tell they were high level back in the 2000s. If we have family coming again, we would defined considered staying here again!

The property appears older, but well maintained. The unit was big (1800 sq. ft.) and the floor plan was very nice. The front-desk agents were friendly. The furniture was uncomfortable, especially the couch, and the towels/washcloths were scratchy. The ice-maker in the fridge made about 10 cubes per day. Overall, the property is nice, and with minor upgrades cold be excellent. We will stay again.

We loved this resort apartment. Very comfortable, clean, private, and not noisy. Check in is a little late and check out is too early. The front desk closes at 11pm. Would stay here again because how comfortable it is. Not so close to the parks.
