As seniors we much enjoyed our time there because of the above. Our room was very clean. The appliances were dated. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had to be replaced which was an inconvenience because it took up 3 hours of our time. Stove and fridge were older and probably should be replaced as well. Wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in condo so we could look at ourselves before we headed out. Thank you

My beds wasn't made when I checked in had to wait for someone to make my beds. Toilet wasn't flushed. Gave us a coupon for one free pizza for our troubles. After the lady at the front desk asked us what we want her to do about the beds!!! I said come sanitize and make them up and clean the bathroom. SMH

We stayed in an apartment close to shops and dinning options. The resort was well maintained, we called reception for few things and maintenance came in just few minutes. First floor has tiled floors and above floors have carpet. We liked that it offered a shuttle to the disney parks and universal studios.

The property was beautiful. Our room was clean but the people who stayed next to us were very loud and smoked pot often and it was so strong in our room. I did call and complain. I do wish that our room came with a bathtub. The shower was huge but in order turn water on you got soaked with cold water. Pool was beautiful and hot tub. Was a little disappointed that the boating options for the water was closed would have loved to try out the jet ski’s.

The stay was nice. However, booking it was confusing We intended to have ONE TWO bedroom unit. I filled out the information Two guests in one room One guest in second room ONE UNIT We arrived and had 2 units. We were told to ask hotels. Com for a refund for second unit.

Property was decent- other then buccaneer bay- half the advertised activities are no longer there. The water playground there was old and rusty. Most annoying part was I had to walk to the check in building 4 seperate times because my key cards wouldn’t work.

Our unit was clean but in definite need of an update. The carpet was threadbare and torn in some areas. We still had a great stay and appreciated the prompt attention from security when we needed access to our unit.

Nice rooms and grounds. The staff were all great! Big Kahuna bar and grill was really fun. The Italian restaurant was always empty and seemed like the food court at the mall. We didn't eat there, except for an ice cream sundaes. It's got a nice kitchen area, but realize that there isn't cleaning service during your stay, so guests need to make beds and clean-up after themselves. I recommend Summer Bay.
