Truly disappointed 😞
Where should I start with the list of issues we had with our rental from Jeeves. On the first day the house was not ready on time. We were told that the home would be cleaned and ready by 4pm. That did not happen we had a group of 16 people coming from out of town and the house was not ready til after 5pm. Cleaning was not done on time crew was still cleaning the floors and crew vehicles were parked in the driveway so we could put into the drive way. The layout of the house was changed without giving notice to us that they were putting in a slide area up stairs instead of a pool table which was shown in the photos when we rented the home. The bedroom were changed some bedrooms that should has been a queen size bed was switched with twin bed. Won't have been a issue but there was no little kid in our travel party.House also listed that we would have access to two washers and dryer.They only provide one set and locked off the other room.The power in the house kept tripping at 2 pm every night had to call about the issue multiple times with no fix till Wednesday. The internet and cable service went out on Wednesday and no one has been able to resolve that issue.We requested higher management reach out to us on Sunday or Monday of our stay and still have not received a phone call. This property management company has made this trip a pain. When you call for any issues you are give a general answer with no real fix. They home is beautiful but the way this property is being managed is not acceptable.
