Our home has everything to provide your family with all the comforts of home while on vacation! With 4 spacious, professionally decorated bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, private pool with spa (pool heating is extra) it can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Solara resort is one of the most coveted vacation house resorts around Disney. As our guest, you will have full access to all clubhouse amenities which include, adult pool, kids pool, playground, sand volleyball, soccer field, fully equipped fitness room, game room, pool bar and restaurant, and surf simulator (extra charge).

The house offers 2 beautifully decorated master suites (one down and one upstairs) and 2 tastefully decorated themed bedrooms with Mickey mouse and Star wars décor. 2 separate living rooms (one down and one upstairs), with large screen smart TVs and pop-corn machine.
The garage was converted into a kids play area with a large smart TV, a fuzzball table, and toys.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Mystic Dunes Golf Club. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, a gym, and an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.

Very bad communication
We arrived at 12 midnight past out checkin because our flight was delayed. The door code that was given was incorrect and we had to wait at least an additional 1 hour outside before we can get in. We went to sleep and woke up to the thermostat at 100 degree inside the house and we had kids. It took them until the end of day to come fix so imagine again we could not stay inside the home we paid for. We paid for the grill for the week and took them 3 days to come and fix it. I have several messages where no one till today has responded to. The pool was filled with bugs and we asked for a pool cleaner. No one showed up. Ultimately we really did not enjoy our time at this location. Our messages have still not been answered and so I hope they see this review.

False description of house. The house looks nothing like the photos online. The house is in very bad condition, very run down. The Kitchen ware, the vacuum cleaner, the floors, everything was dirty!!! All the towels in the house were damp and musty.

Nice stay
The Solara Resort is beautiful. My family truly enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The Location is about 18 minutes from the Disney parks which was nice. The property manager was responsive only when it came to sending invoices for payments, outside of that he did not respond to my questions regarding early check in, pool/spa heat issues, and our inability to get into the house because the key code he provided did not work. I had to call the emergency number. The home itself is beautifully decorated and so spacious. Windows could use some windex attention… baseboards were dusty… old pool furniture.. construction right behind the house created a lot of dust and noise.. several outlets did not work and my husband had to go to the garage to find that some of the breakers werent switched on…The WiFi in the home was absolutely horrible and cell service at the resort was also not that great. The area is clearly in a state of development and may just need additional cell towers or something. All in all- our stay was ok but the property management could use some TLC.

Disappointing
The house had a lot of visible wear and tear. Walls were marked up, some doors did not close all the way, toilet paper holder falling off wall, stains on indoor & outdoor furniture, bar stool wobbly, garbage disposal did not work properly. Beds were nicely made up and towels were clean, but there were crumbs on some of the furniture, the downstairs bedroom’s toilet bowl was dirty, and the sliding glass doors were very dirty on the outside likely due to the construction going on right behind the house. Due to the construction, the house would vibrate from the heavy machinery being used. Unfortunately, the construction and disappointments with the house did not make for a relaxing week’s stay.

The accuracy of this description is terrible the house was filthy stains all over the sofa all over the rug downstairs house was in terrible condition the construction in the backyard of this home is from 7 AM until 5 PM every day of the week it shook the house it was so close noise was terrible host was not well responsive dryer did not work the whole time I was there they came out and pretended to fix it one time still never worked and then nobody would answer my messages

Nice neighborhood
The house is not exactly brand or spotless like previous reviews. House was clean upon arrival but has several stained walls, carpet, one of the showers wouldn’t drain, etc. Not a big issue for us but you can tell the home has had some wear. Kitchen is adequately stocked but missing things like measuring cups, mixing bowls, pans that aren’t scratched if you are planning on cooking you may consider bringing some things from home. House was only stocked with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (very thin) no paper towels, one kitchen wash cloth, no washcloths for bathrooms, one small dish soap bottle, nothing for dishwasher so again you have to supply these things. The garage smelled of urine but we didn’t use at all. Very important if renting in near future there is construction going on directly and close to back of home no privacy! We didn’t use back yard as we couldn’t use pool too cold! My biggest grievance is communication with property manager, Bruno Magri, he took a couple days to respond prior to trip which is fine he did respond. However we paid to heat pool and the pool never got heated. We have rented homes with heated pools and winter and know the pool should not be cold to get in even if temperatures are in 50-60s. My issue with this as I have reached out twice with no response about the issue or to receive refund. Contacted company who did respond but only to tell me that I needed to reach out to Bruno. So very unsatisfied and would not use this company again. The house is in a nice neighborhood with homes very close in proximity but gated and nice clubhouse. It took us about 20 minutes to get to disney and 40 minutes to get to universal studios and this was the off season with less traffic.

Just as advertised
The house is exactly as described! Clean, neat, and new. Just so you, the potential renter, knows: there are two coffee makers: a Keurig machine and a conventional machine (which takes flat bottomed filters, not provided.) The clubhouse has a grill, which is a limited, but it is there. But the shop does not sell very much. Be sure to stop on the way to pick things up or Instacart it. We were very happy over all. The house is, as I started out by saying, exactly as advertised.

Awesome Location/ Very peaceful and enjoyable
My family and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. The communication was awesome and all the rooms were exactly like the photos showed. Everything was within 5 miles so we didn’t have to drive far. Amazing resort!! Thanks to the owners and staff!!
