This is a no person no staff operation. Everything by internet. T here is literally no one at the hotel except som cleaning staff. Everything operates by App - which you find out the details after you book. So you need to download apps. Open accounts. The whole thing is a giant nuisance the first time you stay. Then if you have a problem - like I did twice - the only option is to text via the app. I had to wait 5 mins to start texting. Wasted another 20 minutes and they told me to call because they could help by text. They gave me a number and I calls 3 times and got no answer. I went back to texting and they informed me they gave me the wrong number. Then I called. Got someone on the phone. And an hour later I found out that the reason my tv wasn’t working was because there is no tv service !!! The v is only a large monitor that can be used to stream videos from your phone ! It was a mind numbing experience.
