Wanted to love my stay despite the cumbersome check in process of jumping through hoops and taking pictures of my drivers license and myself, etc. However, the lack of hot water and water pressure in general was a sore point among the family at the end of each day. There was also an excruciatingly annoying tapping sound that seemed to be pronounced in the evenings when we were all trying to fall asleep. It almost sounded like Morse Code coming through the walls each night. Very frustrating experience.

I stayed here for 5 nights in December. The location was great for the Disney parks, easy to Uber around. There is a cracker barrel next door which was good for breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels were clean, the use of a hairdryer and smellies was great. There is a small fridge, microwave and tea/coffee in the room. I had a great stay and would happily stay again. The check in was also so easy, no need to wait at reception, it's all done on the app.

Location is great as there are many different types of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Beds were comfortable and easy to get a great night sleep in. Also, the Disney resorts are all within 10-15 min car ride of the hotel. Our bathroom head horrible water pressure and the water was barely warm. The hall outside was loud and you could hear guests in other rooms talking through the walls and bathroom vent fan. Fridge was tiny and in awkward location for access. HVAC was loud and made a lot of noise.
