Florida Villa Days is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the private gated community of Windsor Palms. Enjoy an open plan design and a southwest facing pool/spa for SUN ALL DAY. Watch sports or your favorite videos/movies on the outdoor TV, or simply enjoy spectacular sunsets behind the conservation from your private pool/spa. The pool area enjoys a woodland/conservation view with privacy hedges on each side. Your only rear neighbors are the turtles, deer, and native birds that frequent the landscape behind the pool lanai.

This beautiful home away from home offers many features and amenities you might find in your own home. An open plan lounge provides the ideal setting for family vacation living. Enjoy meals at the granite breakfast bar, kitchen table, or the formal dining table. A large flat-screen TV and a family Wii are located in the main living area for all to enjoy. For the competitors in your party, enjoy a fully equipped games room with ping pong, foosball, and an assortment of board games. For additional activities, a short walk to the Windsor Palms clubhouse and recreational areas will provide basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a 50 seat theater (for those rainy days).

Step into the luxurious master bedroom with a king sized bed and its own walk in closet with ample of storage for your vacation. The spacious ensuite includes his and hers sinks, walk in shower and a soak tub with separate toilet which also has access to the pool deck. (This is a fantastic feature when you are enjoying a pool day!)
A second ensuite bathroom is located in the queen bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms include 2 twin beds each, one is Mickey themed, one is Toy Story themed. Both share the newly refurbished family bathroom with a bath and shower. Each room has its own closet and new 32" smart TV.

Our home is professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The rental price for the unit includes CDC approved cleaning and preparation prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you walk through the door

Good location, good privacy
We liked the private pool and access to pickleball courts. Plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. Worked for our group of 3 teenagers and 2 adults. We did not cook much at the home, but it was well stocked. We had some family members who live in Orlando visit for dinner, and the home owners was very accessible and accommodating. Trash instructions could have been a bit more clear, but it all worked out.

Sun Palm Drive Villa 5 ⭐️
We booked this villa for a 2 week family holiday -2 adults and 2 teens aged 13 and 16. The villa was exactly as described and the view from the pool (backing onto open space and woodlands) meant we had complete serenity when we were having a villa/pool day. The villa is south facing so gets the benefit of sun all afternoon and evening. The Windsor Palms resort was well maintained, secure and very close to shops and amenities and only about a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Our 16 year old son thought the Wi-Fi has fantastic and was able to game on his laptop without any issues. And our 13 year old daughter enjoyed the pool. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊

We enjoyed our stay! The property was as shown in the photos, and the heated pool and hot tub were especially enjoyed. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, but the definite highlight was the outdoor tv. We enjoyed watching outside in the evenings and it can even be seen from the pool and spa. No backyard neighbors was a bonus. We spent the majority of our time at the property outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig as well as a traditional coffee maker. There’s a lot of restaurant choices nearby, as well as Target, Walmart, and Publix. Property was very clean and comfortable.

A wonderful family vacation in Florida
The property was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were used daily and the privacy was nice. Having a southwest facing pool area meant sun from around 9 in the morning in February until sunset. The family had a wonderful time.

Vacation home just like the pictures show!
This is a very clean and comfortable home. Close to Disney etc. but in a very quiet resort neighborhood. Julie has the home fixed just like your home, with fluffy towels/beach towels, nice and clean dishes/pots/pans and nice furnishings and decor. The patio is a haven (even in January) and one of the perks is that there is a wooded area behind the home (rather than more houses)! Enjoy the sunset in the pool and hot tub with no noise or people to interfere! There is ping pong, foosball and a variety of games/movies for kids set up in the garage (really, just another room as it is spotless). The only thing to be aware of is that the hot tub filters thru the pool. What this means is that AS SOON AS the hot tub turns off, there is a water exchange with the pool and the temperature will drop from 100 degrees to 80 degrees in about 10 minutes. Once we understood that, we had no issues having a nice hot spa! If you have any issues, Julie is incredibly responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
