Yes, everything was included: towels, pool towels, bedrooms with TVs, bathroom kits, and kitchen tools. We enjoyed the pool so much, the kids didn't want to get out. We were very comfortable and will look at renting again next year. Thanks!

The house was truly wonderful! Everything was exactly as listed. The pool was great and they even had a few pool toys for my kids to play with! We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!!

A Most Unexpected Christmas
We were excited about our Christmas Holiday, but I was worried we wouldn't enjoy the festive trimmings we're accustomed to having. To our surprise the decorations and personal touches they took the time to provide for us were unexpected and so welcoming. It was so personal, thoughtful and made us feel right at home.

Best home yet.
My family have been staying in Orlando every yr for the last 30yrs. And I can honestly say this is the best home yet. It was beautifully decorated, clean, all the comforts of home. Even things we forgot the home had it from spices, blankets to pool toys(didn’t have to purchase any not a pump!) lol I mean it had everything. We did have a issue with one television in the room and they came within a hr to fix it & the ended up just replacing the tv and for the inconvenience they turned the spa heat on for us for the week. Now this is how you treat people. And even though it was a little far out it’s worth the drive to go back to that nice home everyday. I hated to leave so bad to leave this home lol i would recommend this home to anyone. And to everyone that stays here please don’t mess up my home because I will be back to stay lol jk but I will be back

This property was very welcoming. The reservation and access to the property was easy. Overall, everything needed was supplied. Clean, beautiful decor, supplied with everyone's needs in mind. Several members of my family are billiard players, so the pool table in the game room was a delightful treat. We all agreed that we would love to stay there again.

Best house we’ve ever rented in Davenport!
We have been traveling to the Davenport area several times a year for over 13 years. This house was by far our favorite rental! The owners have thought of every detail. Everything works properly and the property is spotless! The outdoor area was our favorite with so many seating options and the pool was wonderful! We would highly recommend this unit for families! We hope to visit again in the future! 10 out of 10!!

Home away from HOME!
This was the best part about our family vacation! Coming home after a day at the parks (which are over rated if you ask me) was the most welcoming feeling! The owner’s were amazingly accommodating considering we had some hiccups in the beginning with our rental car. They let 12 of us check in 4 hours early and that was a blessing in itself considering we had children that were hot and just wanted to swim! The only thing I would like to be done differently is I would have liked it if the hot tub was included.. for the price of the house and the insurance I think it should have been included! other than that we used the one at the club house. As far as the house goes, it was clean, inviting, and very spacious! Would highly recommend to large parties and we are already thinking about planning next year’s trip! Just to relax and enjoy all the house has to offer! Thank you for making our family trip as amazing as it was with your rental!!! 5 stars for sure!

Perfect place for a family trip
We absolutely loved Chris & Eugene’s home. They seemed to have thought of everything! We had everything that we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, pool floats & games for my niece, and lots of other thoughtful details throughout the house. We loved our time spent in the heated pool and hot tub, and also really enjoyed playing pool & air hockey in the game room. The house is located near many attractions which was very convenient for us as well. We would love to stay again in the future!

Disney Birthday Trip
This house was perfect for our group of 10 (7 adults and 3 children)!!! I was so happy the house was decorated with beautiful Christmas decor from outside to inside and downstairs to upstairs. It made the house feel like home. The game room was fun for the kids and the adults. There's plenty of space to entertain and maintain privacy at the same time. The ONLY complaint we had is that the pool wasn't heated. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and I'm assuming that due to the daily temperature being above 75+ degrees nature was heating the water. If that's the case a refund would be appreciated. Other than that one hiccup everything was wonderful. We would definitely book again in the future.

Home was perfect for my family needs. It was just as described in listing and photos displayed exactly what we got. Home was clean and spacious. Pool is amazing with the pool heat and hot tub got very warm. My only complaint would be not being able to adjust the Air condition. The air condition display would ask for a code and we could not get it to work. Other than that, I Definitely recommend this Home.
