Spacious lakefront home near DisneyWorld, Margaritaville and Orlando attractions! Relax after a long day at one of the attractions or simply spend the day lounging at your private pool. Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. We cater to discerning guests that value clean, comfortable and a "luxury" type feel. We will communicate with you prior to your arrival and once you arrive to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.   Absolutely no more than 8 ppl and parties are not allowed. Swimming in the lake is not permitted.

Wonderful House!
The place was perfect! Lisa was very communicative and accommodating to our requests! Very close to Disney World, and even closer to restaurants/entertainment at Margaritaville Resorts! The house was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was perfect temperature, even for night and morning swims, and we even caught several large bass! We would definitely stay there again!!

Fabulous Stay!!
The property is better than the photos show. Very spacious and accommodating. Lisa is a fabulous host!! The communication was superb. Our family enjoyed the stay and proximity to restaurants and activities. Our next visit we hope to stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

The property matched its description and photos as advertised. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The area in which it is located is nice and safe. The host Lisa was great with communication and making sure I need were met. I would definitely book it again and recommend it to others.

Home is located in a very wonderful well kept neighborhood. Spacious home for our family. Screened in pool was perfect! Close to nearby shopping and dining. We had a great stay! Lisa the host is the best!

Perfect Disney Home
This was the perfect place for my family. We had a great time in the pool and the travel to and from Disney was super easy. Restaurants and shopping were also really close and convenient. If you are going to Disney, this is the place to stay.

Great location
This was our first time using VRBO and it was a good experience. The location is great, close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the owner was great. The home was clean, but could use a little updating. The decor and flooring was dated. It suited our needs though. Everyone enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day at the parks.

Wonderful property close to Disney
House was in a nice neighborhood close to the Disney parks. Very well maintained and extremely clean. We could not ask for a better place to lay our heads at night away from the parks. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect getaway!
From beginning to end, our trip was perfect! Our host answered any questions we had within the hour! The house was clean, quiet and the pool was a great relief on those 97-degree days! Plenty of towels, a great kitchen and living room to hang out on our days we were not in the park. We are already planning our next trip and intend it to be here! Thank you so much!!

Exactly as advertised. Our host Lisa stayed in contact and was very accessible. Let us know when the ac stopped and got it going right back on july 4th. Above and beyond. Near the parks and restaurants. Everything is close by. Pool was our saving grace with the kids. Even fished in pond. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking items. Every need was thought out. Great rental !!

Fantastic villa holiday
Really lovely villa. Very clean and everything we needed for our family holiday, suited all ages from 12 - 80 years old. Beautiful view of the lake, so peaceful and an abundance of wildlife to spot. Very close to the parks and restaurants, everything literally on the doorstep. Lisa was a great host with great communication for all the information we needed. Thank you and hopefully we'll be able to visit again!

We thought all was well!
Lisa, the owner had good response time with my questions, house was clean, spacious for our family of seven, y self, husband, grown son, DIL, three granddaughters 10, 6, and 5. The day prior to checking in she called said we could check in early if we’d like…so we were 1.5 hours away, had a 10 am check out of our hotel, so this was great! Left the hotel, decided to drop off all the Christmas gifts and luggage so we could go grocery shopping. We went in, looked around briefly,. I opened the vertical blinds in the master bedroom, two slats broke off. I immediately texted Lisa, and sent pictures. She called me, said they were not mentioned by housekeeping,. She later messaged me saying I must not have opened them correctly. We had a very cold night(32 when we woke up) , I messaged asking her to turn the heat on…she did, and after a few requests she gave me the code to set it ourselves…The next day our family arrived. The children wanted to swin, we paid the pool to be heated. They said it wasn’t very warm, I messaged her asking her to turn it up, and much debate and several calls she said no, it would cost her too much to do so. She asked if the jet's were running, they were not. She suggested the children to be taken out to do something other than swim. She needed the last call and said to keep her updated on the pool…she would let the pool man know we thought the jets weren’t working. This was Saturday, he would not be coming till Thursday. The next day my husband and I went swimming, it seemed colder to us, and was very dirty. She asked for pictures. I sent them, she said no way her pool guy would leave it dirty… she called, right away she said I feel like you are looking to ask me for money back for the pool heat. I was not. She asked me to keep her updated. On the phone she asked me to have my husband check the pool temp, twice. She kept accusing me of wanting a refund. My husband went outside the pool area, opened the lid to see the temp, as did my son….she started calling me I declined her calls, till she threatened me. She was going to call the sheriffs on me. I called her, she accused them of tampering with the equipment. There was no such thing done. Zero. She became very unhinged, and I did tell her this. She said many things, but the one thing that stands out was make sure your grandkids don’t break anything in my house, I don’t usually rent to people with kids. We rentsometimes 2,3 a yr. This was a 1st
