The Space:

- A breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with extra seating at the 4 comfy bar stools.
- The gorgeous dining room has a lot of natural light with a view out to the pool area and it comfortably seats 8 for a nice, more formal sit-down meal.
- There is a smaller living area on the second floor with a SmartTV and PS4 game console and two game chairs. It’s a perfect place for the kids to hang out and get their “game on”!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the townhome during your stay. And access, of course, to the resort amenities on site.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really good restaurants and shopping centers. Other Things to Note:
This two-story 2000-square-foot townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a half bathroom and a private pool. The space can accommodate 8 guests.
WiFi, SmartTV, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.
Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee.
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
The townhome is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes needed will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message in the booking platform used to make the reservation.
