The villa is one of the closest gated communities to Disney. Just 3 miles from the Disney attractions. Located just off the 192 West Kissimmee, where you will never be short of gift shops, designer outlet malls, restaurants & major supermarkets.
Sunset Lakes is a small exclusive gated community surrounded by lakes & overlooking a conservation area, with a community pool. A new play area has recently been fitted & fishing is permitted in the lakes & from the broad walk.
Our executive home is open plan, attractive, spacious & fully furnished to a higher than normal standard for a rental home & fitted with an alarm.
The pool area has a covered lanai with seating which over looks onto a quiet peaceful conservation area & lake with wonderful views of wildlife.
Fully furnished 4 bedrooms, & homely family open plan living.
One master kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has an abundance of soft towels a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath tub & a twin sink unit. Complimentary wash soaps & Hairdryers are also provided. Your own walk-in wardrobe with shelves & fitted rails.
One queen bedroom & two twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, cable TV with built in DVD players, air-conditioned/heated & ceiling fans. Second bathroom has a bath/shower, twin sink unit an abundance of cotton luxury towels & a hairdryer.
Wi-Fi is also available provided free of charge.
The furnished living area is spacious with a 66" SMART plasma screen TV & a Stereo with MP3 player. The lounge area has large sliding patio doors & enough comfortable seating for 8 people.
The family kitchen has all modern amenities at hand including microwave, coffee machine, toaster & pizza oven. A warm & friendly open plan family dining, with enough seating for everyone. Patio doors then lead to that all important out-side pool lanai area for family "alfresco dining"
We are a family with teenagers & have furnished our home with other families in mind to include board games, & books.
The patio door is fitted with a child alarm to signal entrance to the pool area. There you will find pool play equipment & coloured pool lights. Comfortable sun-beds are provided for you, ready to top up your tan.
Optional use "the laundry room" has fully fitted modern washing machine & dryer. Extra pool/beach towels are provided.

Perfect getaway
The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved the alarms on the pool doors. Lots of kitchen items to make it easy to cook some meals. Location was ideal. Will stay here again.

Great spot and close to the parks
This was a second stay at the unit and we enjoyed it again. There is good space, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and it was great to have access to the pool. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely look to rebook if/when we return to the Orlando area.

Wonderful Villa!!!!!!!!
From the moment we stepped into this villa it felt like home. Just what we wanted. We spent ages searching for the right villa for us and this exceeded all our requirements. We especially wanted a cosy feel with a super comfy sofa and carpets. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool and absorbing the sun and the wonderful view over the lake, especially after some busy days at the theme parks. We had the sun shining on the pool/patio right upto sunset. Our two teenagers loved the fast Wifi and Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our occasional meals. The Villa is in an excellent location. Really close to all supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, Starbucks, Disney, you name it, it was close by!! Audra the owner was superb with communication. No problems at all with anything. It really was a perfect family holiday with comfortable, clean, cosy accommodation in a fantastic location. We had to wait nearly 5 years for this holiday due to the pandemic and we had originally booked this villa back in 2020. We are so glad we were able to re book it again. It was worth the wait. Wonderful Week!
We had a great stay at this property, the private pool and spacious house were the highlights for our family. The kitchen had everything we could want for cooking and the security system offered a great peace of mind in the rental. The community was nice and quiet and it was a quick drive to the grocery store and Disney parks which was a bonus for us! Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful Getaway
We loved staying here. I was attending a conference for a couple of days while my wife, daughter and mother-in-law visited Universal and toured Orlando. Then we had a few relaxing days together, taking full advantage of the pool and the serenity of the surroundings. We would love to come back here next time we're in Orlando.

Lovely well maintained home in superb location
Fantastic property. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and in a great location too. Close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was fantastic getting sun from mid morning into the evening and overlooking a conservation lake. Property was close to a main road and some folks may find traffic noise intrusive if seeking peace and quiet but it didn't bother us during our stay. Would 100% recommend this home and would choose to stay here again if holidaying in Orlando.

The villa is super cozy. My children told me multiple times that they thought so as well. Very clean. A short drive to Disney and the pool was perfect for our rest days. Being inside a gated community gave us peace of mind as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back again!

What a location!
This villa is one of the best we have stopped at in the 25yrs of holidaying in Florida. The location is perfect for all the Theme parks. Also a fantastic area for food restaurants a short drive away. The villa is only a 20-30 min drive from Orlando International Airport. The area is very relaxing with great views across the lake and lots of wildlife. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. The seating and beds are very comfortable. The heated pool was lovely as the weather was quite cool during our stay. Great selection of free TV programs particularly liked the sports channels. I thoroughly recommend this villa! Paul England
