My wife and daughter stayed here while dropping my daughter off for the Disney College program and stayed here. At check-in they were told the room we reserved wasn’t available and it took a while before the staff finally gave them an upgraded room. The staff were nice and apologetic, but we still don’t know what happened to the room we reserved. The pools and hot tubs and lazy rivers are so nice and the grounds are so fun and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter.

Great location very convenient to all Disney parks, secure and very clean. We didn't get to explore the grounds much as we spent days at WDW. We were directed to a desk for resort "wristbands" after check in which became a pitch for the vacation club marketing that we were guideafter check-in.

great location
suite was as described, clean, furnished and stocked well, and seemed well-maintained. nice central location to the parks. the unit we were given seemed to be the least updated building. my husband and I didn't appreciate being coerced into attending a timeshare presentation that took up a bulk of our first day. i was also disappointed that we didn't receive a room with a fireworks view as another review mentioned their view of the epcot fireworks. we were instead given a "view" of the lake which was very obstructed by shrubs and a wall as we were on the first level. overall it was nice but not likely to stay there again.

Nice big room! Beautiful property.
The room was awesome, huge bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable!! The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it. The shower doors were cloudy and had soap scum drip marks. The alarm clock had a thick layer of dust on top of it and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was hanging crooked. Little things that I noticed, but would still stay here again!

Anniversary get away.
This resort and amenities are awesome. Very beautiful grounds. Lots of things to do on the grounds. You can bring a family here and never leave! Foods was great and so was service. Only suggestion to others, make sure they are not doing renovations on the building that you will be staying in. We didn't know renovations were being performed and we were awaken every morning by construction on and in Tower 3. This happened all day some days even on Saturday.

We stay here every year for Thanksgiving/Christmas visit with our son. We are never disappointed in our stays. I just wish we could be left alone about the presentations. We get worn down and agree to go and then find that our promises were not valid.

Wish I had reserved a longer stay to enjoy all the amenities and activities offered to guests! The condo was so spacious and included everything needed as if you were at home. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The lobby was beautifully decorated and my tower was themed "Welcome Wizards"!

I’ve stayed here many times before, but I’ve never been so harassed at check in to do the 90 min talk. I was running late and told the woman I had to get to dinner and she wouldn’t stop and let me go. Kept harassing me as to what day I could do it. I told her we had dining and parks everyday and I couldn’t do it. She wouldn’t stop. I was so angry. They need to be considerate that people drive a long way and have plans and need to get into their rooms. The place itself is nice and convenient to all the parks and Disney springs. There could be a heavier blanket on the beds. I am always cold and it was very thin. Enjoyed the hot tub after park days and the food was good at the restaurant. I would probably stay again but refuse to speak to the talk people.
