!!!Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! Welcome to this brand new villa that just got built and furnished. Be prepared to be wowed. The owners of this property put a lot of love and details into this home. It sleeps up to 6 guests. Each bedrooms has its bathroom. Each room has a TV. There is even a TV in the loft upstairs. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with a bathroom. Upstairs there is a king (master) bedroom with ensuite and a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge. You will love the view from the kitchen and the living room: It is so beautiful. The plunge pool is backing a conservation area. This new resort is located about 17-19 min from Disney and 5 minutes from restaurants and stores like Walmart and Publix. This is the perfect place to walk around and enjoy the lakes and its wildlife (the subdivision is eco-friendly). Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse (gym, heated pool and spa, games room). It's time for you to CLICK and BOOK your next dream vacation. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Clean, Modern Townhome
We stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed our time. The property is quiet but it is a bit of a drive off the main road. House was clean and reasonably well stocked. For our extended stay I did have to purchase some kitchen items that typically wouldn't be needed for a shorter stay. The worst part of the house is the seating in the family room. First there isn't nearly enough seating and second the couch is terribly uncomfortable and the sections don't stay together.

First Vrbo experience
We had no serious issues with the property itself. Our main problems were in communicating with the property manager. Some of our emails were unattended to. Some information was mixed up by the "Front Desk". We had no idea that our property was hidden way beyond the first properties in "Hidden Forest". It certainly was "hidden" and it set us in panic mode immediately upon arrival. Not a great way to start our vacation. We liked the property and how clean and spacious it was but we were disappointed with the TV service. It was difficult to navigate for people who are not familiar with "Spectrum" TV service and "Live TV." We were also disappointed to see how small the pool was when we arrived. There was no prior indication of how small it was 10' X 10' approximately. We had to send 3 emails to Front Desk before we got the pool heated--2 days after it was supposed to start. And we were charged for the full duration of our stay when we ordered it for only 7 of the 14 days there. Dealing with the property manager (e.g. Front Desk) left us with a sour taste in our mouth with this particular group.
