We stayed at this house in Orlando for 7 nights with 8 people, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, one of the two trash bins was already full with garbage from the previous guests. That left us very little space for our own trash during the week. The house had only a small bar of soap in each bathroom and just two toilet paper rolls total — for 8 people staying 7 nights. That’s just not enough basic supplies. There were only 5 bath towels, even though we were 8 people, and the pool was very dirty. The pool furniture was also covered in humidity and dirt, so my 9-year-old daughter couldn’t enjoy it at all — and one of the main reasons we chose this house was so she could use the pool. There was no dustpan in the house, and to make things worse, the internet was shut off the night before our checkout. Also, the ceiling fans were full of dust in the bedrooms. Overall, this was not the experience we were expecting. We really wanted to enjoy our vacation, but there were too many problems with the house. I don’t recommend this property to anyone.

Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this Davenport home. We enjoyed the living/kitchen space, but was not able to fit 5 people on the couch-3 fit comfortably. The kitchen chairs seemed fragile, might be time to upgrade? The garage with the pool table was cool, but had a water leak and the carpet was soaked when we arrived so we didn't use it. We loved how clean the entire home was and how large the master bedroom was. Laundry room was convenienly located next to the master. We also liked that it was close to Walmart, restaurants and 20 minutes away from Disney.

This place is a nice place to stay with kids they have a pool and lots of space if you have a car shopping is close by. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with the deatails like wipeing down doors and cleaning the base of the toilets and cleaning the garage carpets and moving some of the furniture to clean dust and dirt. Another couch in the back living room would be great because there is limited comfortable seating for days in where your just relaxing. In rentals im sure its hard to keep nice furniture but the bed in master bedroom was broken and the bench in the living room was dirty and water stained.

It is an excellent option for a family stay. You need a car to get everywhere, however it is very close to everything... the Disney parks, food court and supermarket. The host is very attentive and is available to answer any questions or concerns.
