Hurricane Milton Stay
We stayed here during Hurricane Milton. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to Outlet mall, Disney, restaurants and WalMart. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the Hurricane. We did eat at the Pub on the 1st floor and the Pizza Hut attached to our building. Both were great. We will be back on our next Disney trip for sure.

VRBO Orlando
Vrbo did not send our names to security and it took us 1:30 hours waiting. Thanks to Kesha (?) of the Verda team we went through the check in process smoothly after almost 2 hours

New years stay
Our family loved this location the stay was great we had plenty of room for a family of 5. It was an affordable option for a large family in the Orlando area. Our kids loved the pirate ship pool, having multiple bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen space was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. We even saw fireworks at midnight from our balcony!

Great place to share with another couple!
We stayed here while attending the PGA Merchandise Show with friends from Vermont. Great place to hangout, share snacks and reminisce. One issue…the spa tub from the floor above leaked (actually poured) water into our spa tub late one evening. Thankfully it was all contained in that area. Maintenance responded with a phone call. We just hope there was no major damage done to this beautiful place. We’ll definitely stay again.

Convenient stay
The unit was dated but very clean. It had pretty much everything we needed except coffee filters, also no pool towels in the unit. Had miscommunication with Verbo for check in, and ground transportation to the parks… but once in, everything was just fine. Be aware patio is pool view, and lots of children laughing and screeching into the night. With the patio door closed, it was quiet. I would stay again for 3 or more nights, to make the cleaning fees worthwhile.

Great Stay Before Cruise
We stayed one night before boarding a cruise at Canaveral. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for everyone in our property. Check in was easy, the place was clean and as described, and the kids had a blast at the pool! Having good dining options on site was nice as well! Overall excellent place to stay!
