Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. There are five flat TVs in the villa (ROKU TV). All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened pool (optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The entrances to the pool are equipped with child safety fence to help protect your children. The game room is exceptionally attractive. Pool table, table tennis (ping - pong), darts, and other attractions (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa; a high chair, a stroller and a pack 'n play are all waiting for them. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.

The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).

Lovely quiet area
The property was in a nice quiet area, its an older property perhaps a little dated i suppose, but we loved it there we stayed for a month we found everything we needed within the home, the pool was nice and private. The location of the home was great within easy reach of the theme parks and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really our stay. Everything was just as advertised. Your home was very welcoming and spacious. The convenience of grocery stores and restaurants was also a plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks for help with lodging in Orlando.

The house is large enough that adults and teens found space to relax, watch TV, read, and do crafts. The bedrooms were great for us. The teens loved the pool. It was clean as was the area around it. They lived in the pool except at mealtime.

It was HOT HOT outside and we couldn’t set the air conditioner under 74! The house was very HOT! Trying to sleep in a HOT house was miserable! Other than that the house was beautiful and clean and so was the pool. However if you have anyone who has asthma or other breathing issues don’t stay here! They definitely need to upgrade the air conditioner. There was a sign on air that said if you set below 74 it would freeze up and you had to pay for someone to come fix it! Upgrade your air conditioner and that wouldn’t be an issue. There is a play room for the kids but it’s in the garage and no air out there…kids couldn’t even use due to it being too hot! Can’t cook in the house due to it heating up over 80 in the house! The two master bedrooms stayed HOT! Also couldn’t use the ice machine or water from fridge because door access was froze up. Needs upgraded fridge.

Great, spacious place!
We really enjoyed staying 8 nights at this property. My daughter had a dance competition in Orlando. It was in a safe and convenient location. There were 6 of us- my husband and I, our 3 children (9,11,20) and my mom. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor space with the pool was absolute perfect. We grilled and cooked most nights. We did not utilize the game room very much due to it being in the garage without AC. I could see this being very beneficial in the cooler months. The house is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels!

School out getaway
My family had a great time in this home. There is enough space we are not on top of each other. The pool was amazing to come home after a long day at the park or an afternoon swim we enjoyed it. My grandchildren loved the game room overall this is a great house and will definitely be looking for this listing the next time I come into town.

Very nice property, easy to get to. Great place for 2 like my wife and I but plenty of space for 8. Pool was very clean and well cared for. If you have kids the extra preventive security to help keep them from getting into the pool unnoticed is top notch. Us adults took a minute to figure it out...lol.

Perfect Vacation Home
The home is super clean and wonderfully decorated. Full kitchen with all necessary equipment. Beds comfortable and plenty of blankets, towels, etc. The pool is great and outside area had tables and lots of seating. We swam everyday. Owner was very friendly and super easy to work with. Neighborhood is lovely and safe. We walked every day. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Beautiful Property
Absolutely beautiful house both inside and outside! Very clean, updated, roomy interior space, very roomy open kitchen, and excellent game room. Beautiful neighborhood. Only 30 minutes from Disney Parks. Only 3 minor to moderate issues. 1. The over the counter microwave worked but was loud. At one point I thought I had seen the microwave spark/arch, but could have just been a reflection, because I never saw the microwave spark/arch after the first initial use. The microwave was still loud and sounds like it’s in its final days. Should probably be replaced? 2. Pool heat was not working until day 3 of our 6 day stay and pool heat was turned off the day before we left. I think I told I would receive $50 credit back for the pool heat not working which is ok, but I should have received at least 1/2 my money back which would have been $125ish or so because the pool heat was working only 1/2 the time during our stay. 3. House thermostat was set and locked out so that it could not be changed at 74 degrees. 74 degrees inside a house is to damn hot, especially when the house is located in HOT HUMID Florida! I know that the thermostat is set and locked at 74 degrees to save money, but that’s way to hot. 72 degrees is the average in home temperature most thermostats are set at.

Beautiful spacious property in a fantastic location!
This is a wonderful family sized home with large rooms, it’s fully equipped with everything visitors could need and has a lovely pool. It’s located close to the theme parks and main Ross to get to other areas of Florida for those who, like us, like to do other things and see other attractions while in the US. This is our second time in this proper Abbas it’s the best we have found in the Orlando area for our needs. I’m looking forward to going back next year and would love to stay here again!

Amazing Family Vacation
My family and I had an amazing stay at Vera's vacation home in Florida. The house was extremely clean and even had some household supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags) for us to you throughout the week. Each bedroom was very clean, had a tv, and I loved how everyone had their own full bathroom. Master bedroom had a huge King bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite. Only negative with the master bedroom was the Roku didn't work. TV could turn on but we couldn't watch anything. But it wasn't a concern for us since we didn't need it. The kitchen was fully equipped and we only needed to buy a few groceries for the week. We thought it might be too warm inside because the thermostat is set to 74 degrees, but to our surprise it was quite comfortable. One evening we all even had blankets on in the living room. The ceiling fan in each room also helps give a breeze inside. The pool and lanai were nice. First day we noticed the water level in the pool was very low because it didn't reach the filter. We called property management and he advised us to use the hose to top up the water level and he would let Vera know. It likely was a leak somewhere because we had to do this every morning. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, just a bit tedious. Other than that, the pool was always warm during the day, and there were even pool floaties for us to enjoy. All in all, we had an amazing vacation.I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing private getaway.

Lovely location and pool
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house. We loved all the lizards, cranes and dragonflies. We swam in the lovely warm pool every day. We visited Disney resorts every day by Uber and Lyft. It was so convenient even with my husbands hired mobility scooter. We loved our stay. The villa is well kept and had lots of extras that made our stay pleasant. Lovely for a family stay.
