Compass Bay has easy access on Poinciana Blvd. in the Kissimmee area to major highways that allow for a short driving distance to all the fun in the Orlando area: Disney Parks, Legoland, Universal Studio attraction parks, Fun Spot, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, NASA, and also beaches on both coasts. Enjoy and relax in this great vacation home or continue having fun on the community's facilities. There are two Gazebos with tot lot and BBQ's, and a heated community swimming pool just a few blocks away.

The ground floor encompasses an open-floor plan featuring a modern full-equipped kitchen, and the living/dining area, all with view to the open private courtyard with sitting area.
The upper floor consists of two Master Bedrooms with KingSize beds and en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with two TwinSize beds, and the other with Twin-Over-Full bed. On the hallway there is shared bathroom and the Washer/Dryer area.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. - Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.

Great house in convenient location
The house is large and comfortable. The location is very convenient. The management seems stingy: we are required to take out trash each day of our 5-night stay, but only 1 kitchen trash bag was provided. Multiple signs warn about the many ways we can be fined if things are not left clean. It doesn’t appear that repairs are being made from previous guest damages. It also seems unreasonable to ask us to wash the towels before leaving. Shouldn’t cleaning staff do that with the bed linens?

Minimalistic
Property was clean; it is in need of some updating in the bathrooms. Location was perfect!! Only complaint is that there was no basic products. Not a single trash bag was provided and we did not grocery shop as we visited a park each day. So some basic items like dish soap, a couple trash bags, and a couple laundry pods would have been nice. But overall it was a great option especially for the price!

The property was great only a few issues like one we didnt get the house that was pictured
Another issues we had was the a/c it didnt want to work during most of our stay so the house was constantly at about 78 which was a little uncomfortable but it was a very nice house i just wish we wouldve actually got the house we booked

Gostamos principalmente da localização, próximo aos parques, ao lado de um Walmart, de posto de combustíveis, de restaurantes e do Old Town. Bem próximo da Internacional Drive, também. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, limpa, bem equipada e aconchegante. Bem novinha. Não tivemos problemas com nada. Recomendamos e voltaremos a fazer negócios.
