I like this place a lot, it's an entire apartment for less than the hotels at Disney. The waterpark is also a lot of fun, I've tried the other activities as well and really enjoy the entire property.

It still needs some work since it was just bought by Hilton. I believe everything is getting updated, they are still working on the property. Reception looks very updated, associates are very attentive, polite and very helpful.

Was not happy at the property many millipedes coming in the sliding door bottom rail was filled with dead bugs. Never came to clean the room dishes were dirty when we arrived. Overall not a good stay and wouldn’t go back.

Do not trust this hotel when they tell you that you can do an early check-in do not trust this hotel when I tell you the regular time to check in is 4 o’clock do not trust this hotel in anything that you think is going to be accommodating to you because it is not true they lied to me not once not twice before times and then the front staff was condescending and rude until they found out that I was a platinum member of Hilton Honors. They told me they were gonna put me together with my daughter cause we had two different reservations they didn’t do it. They knew that my son was sleeping on the couch and didn’t even have it ready and made they left the dishwasher on and it was heat smoking and everything coming out of it definitely definitely not a good Hilton hotel. I used to go to this place when it was just a leaky Tiki before Hilton bought it out. I’m a had problems. I figured by it being with Hilton they would sort out all of those negativities and problems, but it was just same different name

We love making a Disney trip here and spending a day at the water park. Its perfect size. Big enough for many activities but small enough it’s not overwhelming or you cant see your child.

Jamie went above and beyond to ensure I was able to check in early with the hurricane. We lost internet for two days due to flooding in the lobby but with all things considered we were happy to have a place of refuge.

Everyone was friendly and when i had a problem they fixed it within minutes. The only issue i have is when booking make sure you know there is a $300 dollar deposit. Most guest where caught off guard like muself.

Everyone was kind and polite. Wanting to be sure we had a wonderful time. The units are beautiful. Shane one of the managers came and helped me move me and my babies and all of our stuff up to the 3rd floor during Milton just to be safe. He was amazing. It was such a nice vacation. No hiccups nothing. Thank you, we will be back!
