The property is good, the rooms are nice and spacious. Few call outs. 1. I bought the reservation with breakfast included and it was very disappointing. The reception just gave us vouchers to pick up muffins, pastries and a drink from a store within the property. Not sure if this is for Expedia or for this property but it feels like a farce to give vochers from a store and call it as breakfast included in the expedia booking option. 2. Receptoin did not accoknowledge hilton honor gold status nor did they ask for it. I saw the other day when other customers where acknowledged for their status and given a welcome bag. 3. Would be good to have some sort of bell boy service to move so many bags by ourselves.

Unit we had was very spacious. Floor was dirty based on our socks and bottom of our feet. Elevator wasn't working on the day we needed to check out. Lots of trips to the car from the 4th floor. Not good! Too cold to use the facilities or may have gotten a better rating.

I have stayed here twice! And this time the water line broke in the laundry area! Maintenance came in to fix it 4 different men, to try and fix it and I had two rooms and both rooms had water everywhere. When I went to the front desk while checking out the guy chuckled about my room being full of water and my son slipping in it that’s autistic priceless! Great Front desk when I asked for a manger he said they were in a meeting! Then finally one came out and could care less and all they were worried about is if I made a report on my son slipping in the puddles of water in our rooms. As I was leaving the security guard was coming up over 30’mins later with a medical box and wanting me to sign a report sir if my kid was bleeding her would of been dead by the time you got here we are fully packed and ready to go!
