The Space:
Guests are allowed to enjoy hot tub, go fishing (Lots of Bass), speakeasy, paddle boards, the best backyard lighting, entire property wifi network, yard games, and private tropical backyard. The home also offers 2 driveways allowing up to 8 vehicles with ease and has free street parking that's always available.

*Absolutely no water activities or using lake Paddleboards, kayaks, or boats past sunsets. *** All at your own risk.

*All guests must wear life jackets when utilizing the the water equipment.

The entire property is fenced and gated. You have access to everything on the property except for the garages on either side of the house, which is storage for our cleaning team.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very close for traveling anywhere in Central Florida. Allows for easy transportation to any destination or travel plans.

Getting Around:
This home offers 2 gated driveways that can park over 8 vehicles. There is also parking available outside the gate.

*If you are an Electric Vehicle (EV, Tesla, Rivian, Fisker) driver we do have a Stage 2 fast charger (see pictures).

Memories Made to Last
Absolutely stunning lake house! This property exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family vacation. The house was immaculate, with modern amenities and beautiful decor that made us feel right at home. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and we enjoyed every minute on the spacious deck, whether we were sipping our morning coffee or having evening barbecues. The private dock was a fantastic feature, allowing us to easily access the lake for fishing and boating. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the open floor plan made it a joy to cook and socialize at the same time. The living areas were cozy and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local activities, dining, and shopping. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the nearby trails and parks, and the quaint local towns offered charming shops and eateries. Overall, this lake house provided a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Paradise in Orlando!
This is the 2nd time I stay at this beautiful property. Let me begin by saying the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is absolutely breath taking. There have been a lot of upgrades to the exterior space since last year. Picnic tables, bbq, griddle, plenty of area to play around fire pit and kayaks. The house has a great layout, and the little studio above the garage is absolutely stunning. The place is well stocked with kitchenware and everything needed when on Holiday. The kitchen is spacious and the common areas are very comfy. I can’t think of anything to make my stay better. Matt and family have done a great job with this great property. Can’t wait to return next year.

What a fun and relaxing place!
This place is amazing! We stayed here with an elite group of high school, athletes, and a coach with three chaperones. The kids thought it was paradise! Lots of outside activities, Sandy Beach, water, toys! It was great!
