Grills - We provide a gas grill in our Pool Villas. Replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest. We ask guests who use the grills to clean and empty prior to departure, so they are ready for next guest.

All homes are strictly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor inside the home.

No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.

First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.

Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play is available in this villa. Guests are to clean these items upon departure.

Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $25+tax/fee per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $25 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.


NOTE: In the Summer months, it is common for critters and insects to come out during these hot and humid months. Professional pest control services regularly come to provide treatment. But if you notice an alarming insect activity, please let us know and we can request additional servicing.

This villa offers its guests a water park, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
