Jay's Beach Disney Villa - South Facing Pool

Welcome to this newly renovated villa in the Orlando area, offering a cozy beachy vibe and perfect for your adventures. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is just over 7 miles away from Disney, making it an ideal spot for small families, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom features a King bed and a private bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and in-tub shower. The Queen bedroom and Twin room share a bathroom with a toilet, modern vanity, and in-tub shower.

In the living room, you'll find two inviting sofas and a chair around a 55" flatscreen TV. Sliding doors lead to the spacious south-facing pool deck, equipped with loungers and patio chairs for relaxation.

The Queen room has its own 32" smart flat-screen TV, and the third room, with two single beds and a modern Disney theme, also has a 32" smart flat-screen TV.

The recently updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and has everything you need for meal preparation. Next to the kitchen, a dining table with six chairs ensures convenience.

For extra fun, enjoy the games room with a foosball table, air hockey, and a pool table. The washer and dryer are in the games room/garage.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

Rest assured, we are here in person or by phone if you need assistance. Pool heating is not included in the nightly rate but can be arranged for a small fee.

Located near US192, Davenport Lakes provides easy access to various restaurants and shops. Walmart, Publix, and Aldi are conveniently close by. The villa is only minutes away from Disney, situated in a tranquil community dedicated to residential living, ensuring a peaceful environment.
