Worst hotel in the world!!!!! We booked the room in November and when we arrived today, they said our room is not available. They say we booked with Expedia so it’s not guaranteed. We tried to negotiate with the front desk employees and they’re like ok, we’re cancelling your reservation. And they even called the police to remove us from the hotel. We’re traveling with 2 kids and 2 60 years old grandparents, and we’re outside the hotel in this 48 degree cold evening trying to find somewhere to stay for the night. I feel disgusted even talking about Hyatt now. Also, they marked us as no show… I’ll never stay at any Hyatt hotels ever…

It was really clean
We stayed December 13, 2024 through December 15, 2024. In short – No bedbugs no smell of mold no wet or moldy carpet no signs of water damage no german roaches no dangerous parking lot no mysterious overcharges The maids did a great job. No bedbugs. We lifted both mattresses and checked. We looked around the baseboards, headboards, and around the nightstands. Didn't find any bugs. The microwave, stove, fridge, the whole kitchen were wiped down each day we returned from the park. They replaced dirty dishes and towels. Thank you!!! Gorgeous hotel. I just needed a clean hotel room and to not bring home bugs.

Hotel was very nice and well kept. Staff was very nice and eager to help with whatever issues/questions we had. Breakfast buffet was also very good. My only issues were that the bedroom carpet could have been vacuumed a little better in some spots and the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

It was very nice. The shower was nice and hot, the towels were thick and fluffy. Breakfast was great especially the yogurt with berry compote. The kitchen staff member, July, was very friendly and pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we had to change rooms due to the leaky sink in the bathroom and ants in the kitchen. Our new room still had ants but not as many. Overall, I would stay again.
