The suites are large and clean. The staff are amazing and helpful. We had some issues with the elevator. One stopped at every floor to pick up ghosts. We were on the eight floor so this was a bit annoying. Then one of the other elevators lurched on us and had very odd erratic behavior for a few seconds. We avoided that elevator for the rest of our trip. The water was never warm on the eight floor either. The hotel is brand new, so it's a bit off to to have these types issues. Perhaps they're working out the kinks. The hotel breakfast, staff and price made the visit pleasant enough.

Clean and seemingly new. My only critique is that the parking payment system isn't clear. I paid for parking based on instructions in the lot. I later found out that I should have checked with the front desk first.

We had booked through Expedia for a 2 queen room - we were given a king bed. The front desk claimed that Expedia was the guilty party and should have rebooked us or informed us. Also, the bathroom had a poor door design. The maids only left decaf coffee one day.

Everything was great except the mattresses were a bit hard and pillows too soft in my opinion, house keeping staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast option limited but convenient. Free parking.

Good find for a family going to Universal
The room was great with good space for the family to spread out. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful. The shuttle to Universal is pretty convenient with two trips a day and is only 10-15 minutes on the shuttle. There is a Trolley system that can get you to Sea World that runs every 20 minutes, but there are a lot of stops so we drove. We didn’t look into the Disney transportation. The hotel is brand new and was still needing a few finishing touches, but I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was pleasant and family-friendly overall. However, they did not provide water bottles for four out of the five nights of our stay, nor did they replenish the coffee and coffee mate. Additionally, their laundry service was unavailable.

This property was good value for money. It is located close to Universal Studios, good shopping and dining options. The property is in very good condition, my room was spacious and had a kitchen, there is free self parking, and I found the staff to be courteous, responsive and professional. I would stay there again.
