The wait was long for the shuttle. The staff (Alexondra) I think that’s her name, could have sent the shuttle for us, after we called to announce our arrival. That irritated me a little bit because the wait for the shuttle was long. Anyway, she offered me early check in for signing up with their rewards program. That change the experience into a pleasant feel. Shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful.
