I had to make it a regular part of my day to stop by the office and ask if things had been repaired. No air conditioning the first day, limited air conditioning the rest of the days and to make matters worse, the maintenance staff would turn up the temperature when they entered the room leaving the unit hot when I arrived back on property and difficult to cool down because it was obviously on it’s last leg and faded like it was 30 or more years old. Many other people were also complaining about their rooms whenever I was at the office. This place is a real dump

The staff was super friendly but the property and room were pretty gross not gonna lie. The floor in my room was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes. The tub was old and missing some of its lining. But the room was only $60 so I guess I got what I paid for.

I have stayed in my fair share of not so nice hotels. Never bothers me, as long as there is no bugs. Well sorry to say with all the other reviews that’s YES they have plenty of roaches. Say 3 in our room in the 1 night we stayed there. Felt the need to wash everything after we stayed there. Just a heads up if you are double guessing this hotel

There were roaches everywhere. Some drunk guy peed in the elevator so it had pee in it until staff arrived the next morning. My key kept deactivating even though i was taking the needed precaution to prevent that. I stayed here to start a new job, my job was overnights and when I got off my room key was not working. I had to wait 4 hours outside until someone arrived when the office opened. Safe to say i will NEVER stay here again and will NEVER recommend this place.

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! In over 50 years, this was the most decrepit hotel I have ever stayed in. If it wasn't so late when we arrived, we would have gone elsewhere, but an Uber dropped us off and we were stuck as we had already paid for it. The person at the desk was nice enough. When going into the room, the door handle fell off. There was a significant flood in the room. I went to the desk and told her and she asked if I wanted towels to clean it up???? No, She said they had no one to do it. Then she said there were no rooms left. I asked if there was a manager. She called him and suddenly there was another room available. We went there. Very dirty. Floor was sticky. Toilet roll holder fell off when pulling toilet paper. Shower head sprayed across room, so we didn't shower. Toilet did not flush right. The covering on cupboards was peeling off. There was more, but you get the idea. We left early the next morning to our final destination - Bonnet Creek - and enjoyed the shower. I have always trusted that Expedia hotels would be suitable. This is the first time that has not been the case.

First they dont clean the rooms, Second roaches everywhere in the rooms you cannot sleep there even in the bed the roaches are. Third dont ask for refund becasuse they won't give it to you. So i recommend never stay in this nasty place. Managements should be change. Four the rooms smell like they smoke inside the rooms. Even i had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so i could be there a few hours. Into the office open in the morning at seven to checkout. Expedia should remove this place from there list.

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered an issue with roaches and unpleasant odors, which left me feeling quite unsettled. The only positive aspect of my experience was the efficient and courteous service provided by the front desk during check-in.

Staff was very friendly but the environment was horrible, there was people sitting outside that were drunk, poop outside on the floor, and a roach in the fridge. This is a home stay and not a hotel which I didn’t notice at the time of reserving.
