Front desk lady has a POOR LOW LIFE actitud she was kind a raising the voice a couple flight attendants in front of me and then she was rude with me first time I had TERRIBLE taste at the check in very bad customer service she needs to understand we paying her salary!!

We stayed for 1 night and couldn't find any faults. Front desk was very nice and helpful, she advised us of the free shuttle bus to take us to a nearby restaurant. We took up this offer we were dropped off at a restaurant, however it was closed but they told us of a nearby bar of which was a couple of minutes walk. After dinner we walked back to the hotel as it was only a 10 minute stroll. The room was very nice and quiet as I am a light sleeper. The shower was powerful and warm. The breakfast was included and I must admit I had a little too much as it was lovely, certainly far better than the British airways food we had on the plane journey. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean. However, the transportation from airport to hotel was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours at the airport with 3 young children for the shuttle. It finally came at 1230am and the hotel is 3 miles from the airport. Highly disappointed in the transportation.
