Just ok...Good location but outdated property

The hotel's location makes it a great place to stay to visit Disney. The rooms were big but otherwise I felt they were old and the bedding reminded me of a 2-3 star hotel. The staff was good but definitely didn't feel like a 4-star property. Overall I would say, good location, good staff service, clean enough but outdated property. Would probably suggest for someone on more of a budget but wants those Disney perks.

Great Location, but needs repairs and updates

Booked two rooms and sent a direct message to the hotel to please make sure they were connecting rooms. Arrived at the hotel, and they didn't get the request and had no connecting rooms available, so we had to split the family in opposite wings of the hotel. We were told to check the next morning about the availability of connecting rooms. We were told that there were two rooms available and they would be ours when we got back from our trip to the parks. When we returned, we were told those rooms had never been cleaned and were not available and given other adjacent, but not connecting rooms, one of which had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, so had to go back to the front desk and request different rooms, which we finally got the connecting rooms we wanted. The staff was great at trying to resolve the situation, but overall, the first couple of nights were not a great experience. My wife and I used to stay at this hotel regularly when my son was little and hadn't gone back in a while. The rooms are pretty dated and worn. The standing lamp in one room didn't work and the drawers in another room wouldn't close and one facet was dripping continuously. Overall, this hotel has a great location but is badly in need of repairs and updates.

The hotel location is perfect if you want walkability to Disney Springs. It’s just a walk way across. Super easy to get to. The hotel lobby is beautiful and clean. The hotel offers a Starbucks, hotel bar, Benihana and breakfast buffet. I am disappointed in the dark halls, dingy carpets. My bathroom was full of hair in the shower and floors. The rooms need an upgrade. They are very stuck in the 90’s with the dark taupe walls and brown carpets. Our bathroom had paint chippy. The AC wouldn’t go below 70 but the room was hot.

Rooms were very outdated. Not clean. Dust was on the walls and carpets were noticeably dirty. Air-conditioner even if left on all day we'd come to a warm room. Bathroom door didn't close right and was an event opening and closing. The pros are the staff. Very helpful and kind. Restaurants were very good. Location to disney springs was very convenient with a walkway. Included bus service was very nice to other disney parks. Overall 6/10 Room 3/10 Property location 10/10
