I don’t think it’s fair to charge $78 for services not used and it’s absurd to charge $25 parking fees at a hotel your paying to stay at. Food and drink prices are ridiculously high . The staff were excellent. I ended up paying over $700 just for a 2 night stay. Read the fine print if you choose this hotel. If you have money to throw away this place won’t be a problem. But if you work your butt off just to go away for a weekend, find a different place.

Our check in was so poorly managed that even another associate was surprised and was shocked at the lack of welcome and information that we were provided. While we were early for our check in, we were told we would get a text by 4pm that our room would be ready, however even at 5:30pm, we did not get a text. Room was ok, we got views of Disney Springs. The drain for our tub was not the best but it got fixed quickly. Hotel is close to Disney Springs which was very convenient.

So close to Magic without high price.
Clean room. Very close to Disney Springs. Easy walk from hotel over bridge to shopping and food. Parking was a breeze even though you have pay for it. Will definitely be staying here for cheap Disney vacation.

The lobby area was nice. We weren’t greeted very nicely by the front desk person and it was disappointing because we were excited to have arrived after a long drive. The elevator ride to our room was quick and easy. The hallway was musty smelling. The room was not clean. The shower gel was empty. The bedding had hair from someone else and the tub and sink weren’t properly cleaned. We brought Lysol wipes and spray and we had to use that to clean in order to use. It was very expensive for the quality of the stay. We did love that it was a quick walk to Disney Springs.

So my wife and I come here for 3 days at the end of every month and infact the valet guys all know us, the bell men know us as well as Steve who is maintence. Everything has been great except for the last couple of times we have stayed. Things happened and honestly not very happy. For being repeat guest who come once a month every month for a year now you would think things would have been dealt with differently instead of how they were during our last two stays. Between room stays fees, valet, resort fees, taxes we pay a grand plus just for our room for two nights once a month. Just wish things would have been handled a little bit differently the last couple of stays.

Never come to Hilton in Orlando
I have 2 consecutive bookings, and hotel asks me to check out and check it again :( and even worse after checking out and checking in my room is left uncleaned! It is quite messy!

Great location and on-site amenities. Shuttle bus service to the Disney parks. Easy 5-minute walk to Disney Springs via a bridge overpass. Will stay again.
