Poor Standard
The hotel is outdated, the door was left opened by housekeeping twice, once for hours while we were at the park. It was propped open by a trash bag of linens. This was very bizarre. The front desk mgr could not explain why this would happen, or why the room was not serviced and a bag was left with linens. The entire hotel has gone down hill, from amenities, to staff, customer service, etc. this does not appear to meet Hilton's criteria.

Urgently needs renovation
These rooms urgently need remodeling, everything looks and feels old and worn out, the bathroom especially. Housekeeping was good but the receptionist at check in was neither nice nor helpful. I requested an upgrade being a long time and returning customer. I know it’s not guaranteed but I’ve asked every time we go, several times per year. Hotel always replies that they will pass on the request, and every time, even if the hotel is not fully booked, they always deny the request but they do offer the upgrade paying extra! Which basically tells me that they absolutely do not care about their customers. So we will be transitioning to other hotels in the area like the Drury or other in this area. I think we’re done with Hilton after 15 years of staying there, not worth it

I found our room to be small and very aged. The carpet was dirty and the fan in the run down bathroom was not powerful enough to extract the steamy air making the room stuffy.
