This was our first time staying at Hilton. We are very disappointed and unhappy. We stayed there for 5 nights. We never had housekeeping services. We called front desk several times, and no one was there to answer our call. We finally talked to the front desk and complained about housekeeping. Our bed never made, no fresh towels, toilet paper, and no trash out. On the 3rd day, housekeeping brought some towels and got the trash in the bathroom out but did not remove the other trash in the room and made our bed and have fresh pillow cases. The dinning area is small and people have to wait when someone/ a group of people done to get a seat. The breakfast is not all that. No free Wifi unless you are a Hilton Honors otherwise will have to pay. The AC is very loud. While showering, you get very hot water that can burn you although it is set to warm. You get intermittent very hot water then switched to cold water. The shower handle is rusty. They have false advertising regarding housekeeping everyday on the website. We DO NOT recommend this hotel and will NEVER stay at Hilton again.

The staff provided good service during our stay. However, when we took a shower, we discovered that the conditioner and shower gel were running low. We called the front desk, but no janitor was available at night, and we were told we would have to wait until the next day. So, we went to the front desk to pick up soap. Additionally, the shower faucet was leaking, and most of the bathroom facilities were either old or broken. I will not choose this hotel again.
