Bait and Switch on home reservation

The picture at the top of this review is the home I rented not the home I was given. I made reservations for a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home located in a different vacation resort down the street from what I was given. The home I originally rented had a large heated pool and was a much nicer home. After making the reservation, the owner backed out of the agreement and I was given this home. The carpeting on the stairs and North bedroom was filthy with black stains near the bed. The pool is half the size as the original rental but I paid the same price to heat it as I paid it for the original home. The lawn chairs in the pool area are torn and unusable. The dart board listed in the garage recreation area had only one dart and no batteries. The batteries on the TV remotes were dead. The refrigerated had broken and removed drawers. I have many pictures of the issues I have described. Other than the issues with the rental home, the clubhouse, TiKi bar and community pool is very nice

Clean and spacious

Home was clean and spacious. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was convenient with 5 teenagers. Close to grocery stores and places to eat and shop.

Our family vacation

We just got home from 11 days in this house! While we had an absolute blast we did run into some issues. The location is perfection! The house was lovely however, the fridge is broken and would not keep our items cold, the AC is broken downstairs so it was 78/79 degree in the house .. was rather uncomfortable in 33-35 degree temps. Our pool heat was also not turnt on till day 5 so we lost a few days in the pool as it was too cold. Couple of recommendations would be: Not to use such strong scented laundry detergent on the bedding, it was to strong to sleep in for a couple of guests until the scent faded a bit. More lounge beds, for a house that can accommodate a fair amount of guests 1 lounge bed was not enough Fridge replacement AC fixed Plastic cups/dishes .. we ended up buying some but to be family friendly it would be great to have some there Positives: The location is amazing Layout of house is wonderful Very modern Pool area is fantastic, the pool was always clean! The water park in the community is excellent The area is super clean and safe feeling

Everything you need

Mini family reunion with room for everyone. Nicely furnished and comfortable. A/C was glitchy but cool enough. Walking distance to the amenities. Could use towels for pool, but not lacking anywhere else.

Disney stay

We booked this house as we planned a trip to Disney with my family. The house is as listed, what I love was that each room had their own bath and it made it easier for getting ready for a big family and also privacy. The only issues we had was the very next morning when my kids went to the pool it had worms and tadpoles in the water so my kids were scared. We did clean it out but not sure what would have caused that. We were also nervous as we think the house is not very kid friendly due to furnitures. The coffee table was glass and it had ally of breakable items around the dinning and living room area which made me nervous as we had 4 kids in the house, youngest being 2. Overall I would definitely book this house again (with no kids maybe lol)

Fantastic location!

We stayed here as a family and the amenities were fantastic! The house has plenty of room and space. Loved the on-site water park and bar. Cons- houses are very close together and can hear neighbors outside pretty clearly.
