Step inside and take in the beautiful open concept floor plan! The living room has plush comfy sofas and a smart TV with complimentary cable. Large windows and the sliding glass door to the patio let in loads of natural light, making the whole space feel airy and bright. The spacious kitchen has quartz countertops, a deep double sink, and new high-end stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of cupboard space, kitchen island seating, and even a dishwasher to handle the clean up. Additionally, there's dining space with room for 6-7 people at the table, perfect for family dinners! And speaking of dinner, you can add BBQ to your menu thanks to your outdoor grill! There's even a poolside dining area.
Poolside? Yes, that's right, you have your own private pool here. The back sundeck has privacy walls and the pool includes a removable safety fence. Soak up the Florida sunshine from the patio furniture and then plunge into your sparkling swimming pool to cool off. Plus, this home even has a fenced in grassy area, perfect if you're travelling with a pet (we're a pet-friendly residence!).
The main level of the home hosts the bedroom with two Queen beds, while the other four bedrooms are located upstairs. Here you'll find a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a room with a Queen and Twin sized beds, and the fourth room with a another Queen sized bed, Each bedroom has its own smart TV and the entire home is connected to high speed internet service. There's even in home laundry machines, and free street parking.
Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community encompassed by championship level golfing. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure. Our guests get complimentary access to both of the resort clubhouses, plus you'll have your pick of a variety of sports fields and courts, and not one, not two, but three golf courses at your disposal.

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate is considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in the Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!

There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.
Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. There are also plenty of sports courts outside to burn off those theme park calories!
