The hotel was absolutely wonderful, but I will say the restaurant makes their own hours. Which was very disappointing when we had planned on eating there after we got back from the park and they were there and wouldn’t open the doors and it was two hours before closing. When I asked the front desk. They said sometimes they just close early.

The room smelled so musty. The shower didn’t drain, and the shower faucet was broken, had to wiggle it just right for the shower to turn on. I felt gross after leaving. Breakfast was great!

Rooms are clean minus a little smell, beds are comfy and the hotel is in a great location and property was clean, the tv had a good variety of channels. The only staff interaction I had was at check in and she was very friendly. Water pressure was just ok, breakfast ends really early in my opinion (9:30 even on a Saturday) and parking is $25 despite the text they send saying it’s $22. Tried to check in ahead of time and get the mobile key to avoid front desk check in and it never came through at check in time so still had to go to the front desk.

The hotel is not what the pictures present. Most of the “village” was closed and the room smelled bad and was stuffy. There was also only one shuttle time (5:30pm) to go to Disney Springs.

Room for improvement.

Breakfast is below average but they have a variety at least. There's only one exit and entry way which was very annoying since the property is pretty big and they have 4 exits avaliable but they keep them blocked off for whatever reason.

Below standards

Towels in the room appear to be dirty, they had stains and we werent sure if they were clean. Call the desk for assistance and they brought new towles ASAP. The staff was helpful but i did asked for them to check the TVs because they werent working (no channels were available)and unfortunately it was never fixed. At checkout i informed the rep and the rep said, there was no open ticket for that TV issue.

It was a comfortable stay for my first time in Florida. The kids loved the breakfast with the Mickey waffles. Parking was a bit overwhelming due to some busses taking up numerous parking spots but other that there are no complaints.
