Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa(optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The game room is well equipped (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico, and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.

The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).

Very nice play to stay!
The house was amazing and everything we needed for our trip down to Florida. The host Vera was very responsive and attended to all our needs. Very quick response word we had an issue and had it fixed immediately. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit! Pool and hot tub were heavenly. Kitchen was well stocked and beautiful.

Nice house but
The oven was not cleaned out prior to our visit so when I reheated some store bought chicken it set off alarms all over the house due to smoke. Gave us a mini heart attack. Told owner and they had someone come and clean it for us. Other than small error the house was great.

The house was nice and clean and had plenty of space the neighbor hood appeared well kept but the traffic to get anywhere seemed crazy almost every day and took 30-45 minutes one way but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable. Everything was great. Word to the wise, the pots get very hot ... use the oven mit. They have everything you may need for cooking! May want to bring new pool toys if you come. The ones there are mostly broken but i didnt know where to dispose of those.

The perfect villa.
This beautiful villa situated in Tuscan Ridge a well maintained and up market estate. It is well designed and the L shaped lanai provides shade from the Florida sun at all times of day. That said there is a sundeck with a spa bath should you wish to soak up the heat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well laid out. It provided a wonderful base for a Florida holiday. All the support services, the property manager, pool maintenance and gardening were working well. We had one small issue on arrival which the property manager fixed promply.

A Great Stay
The Exquisite Villa was perfect for our week in Florida attending the annual Sun n Fun event in Lakeland. We did not use the pool, but the house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of good restaurants in the area. The management very good with the information and easy check in/check out procedures. All in all, this house is exactly what we look for when we pick a place to stay.

This house was easy to access. No annoying security check in at the front every time you come home. The development was safe and welcoming. The house had everything needed for our stay and the pool and hot tub are perfect in colder temps with the added heat. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice home, good stay
We liked the house. It was as represented and suited us well. There were 5 adults in our group. As others have mentioned it is outdated and could use some love and attention in some areas. We didn’t like the location. Not much to do in Davenport unless you’re heading to Orlando. Then it would be great! The only way to leave the neighborhood was to pull out on Hwy 27. Traffic was always busy! If the house were in another location we’d stay there again.

The house was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable which I find important. The Owner was responsive, and the property manager always answered on the first ring when I called. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the smoke detectors that were going off even though there was no smoke. While the Property Manager answered immediately, the handy man who was supposed to come and turn off the blaring alarm took over an hour in the middle of the day on a Saturday to respond and since the alarm was in the top of the foyer, we couldn't reach it. Problems with smoke alarms are unpredictable, but it is annoying when you are on vacation and had the handy man responded sooner, I would have given this property a 5 star rather than 4.

Our stay was a good one. The house was clean and very well equipped, with anything we needed. The pool heat worked very well, and was comfortable to swim in when the weather was on the cooler side. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The house has a nice layout and is in a great neighborhood/location, especially if you are planning on hitting the Disney parks. We had some issues with the pool/spa, which were responded to promptly. We also had ants in 2 rooms. The property manager responded promptly and the exterminator came the next day. In our opinion, the house was "worn," compared to other places we've stayed. The furniture was older in the living space. Dishes and kitchen appointments were kind of odds and ends. Just average. There were no food storage containers. There were plenty of towels. Ice maker didn't dispense, you had to use your hands. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were old and dryer didn't dry well. House is just dated and could use updating throughout. But, the price was very good. It was clean. And the pool heat was the best we've ever had. Pool was warm and the temps low, in the high 50s/low 60s, so that was great. Not sure we would stay again or try another option in the area.
