I walked in my room. Entrance light swtch didn't work. Walked in the bathroom and turn on that light. Floor and wall had about 20 roaches on it. I left immediately. Person at front desk offered no solution or refund even tho i was in the room for less than 90 seconds.

The actual room is okay, but with the roaches, the broken toilet seats, filthy floors, dirty shower and how high up the bed itself is... It just makes it feel disgusting.

Gross!!!
This hotel was disgusting. Roaches, dead and alive. Not only were there roaches, the smells in the area of sweat and filth. The room floor was dirty, so dirty that I don’t think has ever seen a broom or a mop. The bathroom toilet had pee splatter on it and even the lid. Also the toilet seat was broken in half. The bed comforter had burn marks all over it. Overall, horrible when it comes to cleanliness. On the plus side, area was very quiet. But, literally that’s the only positive thing I can say about it.

This property charges a $50 deposit fee upon checking in. The next morning I went to check out and saw a line of people waiting to confirm that their rooms were ok in order to get the deposit back 😟. Everyone stated that the property keeps the deposit if not confirmed of an acceptable room condition. Take pictures of your room before leaving and get a printed receipt.

I called the front desk daytime worker to book a one night stay. When I arrived , after traveling 4 hours to my shock my previously confirmed stay was canceled not long after being booked by someone there. I was told sorry your room was given to someone with a FEMA voucher. No one had the deceny to let me know this until time of arrival. Why? Because no one cared! thankfully I was able to find a competitor hotel in the night. I have nothing but negative thoughts about this particular Quality Inn.
