Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Worst experience; I will never stay at Crowne plaza ever again. Scammers. Tried to charge 4 nights of parking when I only stayed 2 and when I spoke with the front desk, they were extremely disrespectful even though this was their mistake. They told me I would get $20 credit towards the snack and convenience center and didn’t take anything off. Please do not stay here.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Room was clean. Very nice hotel inside. 4.5 star hotel in my opinion. However, I had to give a low rating for around the property because there is a large homeless population living on the back side of one fence of the hotel and the property isn’t that large so I felt a little anxious with daughter. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t have to go around the block after missing the entrance.
