The property and staff were nice. The location was very convenient for us to attend the Cheez-it Bowl. Lot's of homeless people in the general area, which was very sad. We had dinner in the "College Park" area and ordered food trays from Publix in that same area. Very nice and less crowded then the downtown Orlando area.

The hotel is beautiful. Large room with king bed, bathroom with tub and shower and all amenities including iron, hairdryer, makeup mirror, full length mirror. Large comfy bed with 4 great king pillows! Dinner in the restaurant/ bar was delicious and breakfast amazing choices. I would definitely stay again. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere.

One of the things that attracted me to the hotel was the fact it had balconies. To drive 6 hours only to find out the location of the hotel does not allow access to the balconies was disheartening. I feel thats something you should share with customers. Everything else was good.
