We stayed two nights and it was a decent experience. The front desk was not very responsive, upon getting into our room we tried to call them multiple times and they never picked up, and I had to go down to speak to them again. There were also ants in our room, not sure if this is just a Florida thing or there was something to be done about it but at this point we were so tired we didnt say anything.

Quick stay for a visit to Disney Springs. Love that they offer a shuttle to Disney properties but know that the service only runs once daily so you’ll need to plan accordingly.

High price for a hotel like this. Room was descent but not worth the price. Was unable to speak to housekeeping in English. Unfortunately not a single person spoke any English at all. Asked for something and each time was given wrong things. Front desk staff was nice and pleasant however I waited an extra 45 mins for my room that was already ready but the receptionist forgot about me although I was standing in front of them the whole time and left because his shift ended and did not tell the new staff I was there

This entire place is infested with mold. Smelled like mold the entire time. Pullout couch was flimsy and should be replaced. Not appropriate. Might as well sleep on an Air mattress. Poor customer service. Smells like weed outside the room. Place is run down. Room is way smaller that pictures show.

The hotel did not have the room we suite we paid for and stuffed out entire family in one king room. The maid service was terrible, they failed to leave any towels after cleaning. The last day the we returned and the room wasn’t even cleaned. Overall a terrible experience.

Very large big room but wish the keys were working better. Also big line for breakfast but overall very good stay . Will come again
