Fantastic!
Our stay during Hurricane Milton was a great experience for an awful weather event. The staff was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. From now on when I visit Orlando I will be staying there for the foreseeable future. Great work and keep up the good work. Thank you for all the employees at the hotel.

Buffet breakfast for extra $15 was delicious. One pool was closed during stay. My boys played Cornhole but could only find one bean bag. Housekeeping took a while to provide more towels. Only had 3 towels for 6 people. Parking was $23 a night. I liked the bar for ordering pizza and drinks. Shower door did not closes. I told management twice.

Decent Hotel
I had a comfortable and clean stay at the hotel. Although it was a quick trip and I didn't get a chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained from my room. The only downside was my experience at the Starbucks café in the lobby. On the morning of my departure, there was only one staff member on duty, which resulted in a long wait. Additionally, the bagel I ordered was stale. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its overall quality.

Stayed for the weekend to visit Disney World with my sisters. It took us almost 10 minutes to even get into the room because the door would not open. The lock was messed up or broken. Even the closest ground floor door to get out of building we were in would not open at one point. We were locked from the inside out and had to walk to the other side of the property just to get out and leave. We felt very unsafe but also did not have the time to wait to see if we could switch rooms as we were on a tight schedule for our ticketed events at the theme park. Ice machine was broken. Room was dirty. Pee all down the front and sides of the toilet. Black dirt all over floor. Found a rusty nut or bolt sticking out of chair that someone dropped into a crack but it stuck one of my sisters when she sat down. Curtains were dirty and too long and hung over AC unit so the curtains blew right onto whoever was laying on that side of the bed closest to the unit. Had to tie them up just to sleep. Never given WiFi instructions or tv instructions. Shower set up was horrible. The floor is angled to allow water flow to drain to front, fine, but no mat or grips and all of us were slipping and almost falling on the angle in the shower. Many outlets in the room did not work to charge all four of our devices which was extremely inconvenient. Tried calling front desk numerous times to assist with certain matters but could not get through. Overall not happy at all with our stay.
