Good location, terrible management
I booked this condo for a week for a baseball tournament. The location was central to most of the fields I was going to.The condo is spacious, lots of room in the closets and the beds were comfortable.There were a few issues with the condo:- The fan in one bathroom didn't work- The show had loose tile- One half of the curtain was missing in the "living room" and the other half was ripped.The big issue was the management company.First, slow response to messages in VRBO. I messaged after I booked, about if there were any towels provided that could be used for the pool, 3 days later I got a response that there were no towels for the pool. Upon arrival, there were 2 beach towels in the unit. This is the second main issue, the management company doesn't seem to know anything about the rental.Upon arrival, the gate code provided via email did not work. My wife was trying to call the "24 support" number and was just stuck in the hold queue. Meanwhile cars are stacking up behind us at the gate.I had to get everyone to move back so I could move out of the way and let everyone else in. A resident of the resort helped us get in and gave us a code to use (side note, after I described this to the management company, I got a note stateing that for security reasons to only use the code provided...well I probably wouldn't have been able to get in then).I have much much more to say on the management issues, but there is a character limit :(
