We had a blast. Nothing fancy but excellent location with ease to get to Disney Springs and all parks. No breakfast but great 24 hour coffee worked for us. Safe and great spot for families or friend trip.

Great but definitely can be better by far

The room itself was very accommodating and had everything I needed and more. However, housekeeping only comes twice a week if that, they’ll come around if you need fresh towels or request other services. My trash accumulated quickly and services like housekeeping should be almost every day if not everyday. Additionally, almost $120 for parking, it should be included with the room. That’s how they get their money back on room discount. Granted, its close to almost every popular attraction but no reason to cut amenities like parking and housekeeping. It gets an average score because the room was great.

Would stay here again!

Stayed here for a week during the Disney races. Great facility, close to everything, large well equipped rooms. Pool and workout room were nice. Kitchenette had full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Complementary self-serve laundry was very much appreciated with all the sweaty clothes. Covered parking (which costs) was nice. Fair price, especially considering how close to Disney. Great stay!

Concerning

Although our stay was comfortable, we did have a major issue. Upon checkout, my daughter left her purse in the room. We still had a key, so we went back to our room 634 and did not find her purse, but we knew it was in the room. Fortunately, we asked the room attendents and one stepped up to disclose she found a purse. It was hidden in a bag under her service cart. My daughter was extremely upset, it was clear the maid was concealing the purse. Otherwise, it would have been brought down to the front desk. This alone may prevent us from staying at this hotel in the future.

Staff was very accommodating. We were in a pet friendly room which I didn't know until after being there over 24hrs. No evidence of animal hair, or odor nor did the room smell over-perfumed to cover animal odors. There were a number of restaurants walking distance. Disney was an easy 5 mile drive. We went on a Friday morning. There weren't any traffic snags.

I didnt like the lack of tv channels. They were listed on the guise but couldnt access many channels. I didnt like paying for psrking and paying tax on a 50 dollar deposit. The ice maker in the room there wasnt any ice. I was told by the front desk there were no ice ma hines that I could access.

Huge room but I called repeatedly around 10 PM to advise late arrival and the telephone was not answered for several tries. Free coffee was nice perk and bed was very comfortable.
