Great location amazing pool and great pool bar and great host
Perfect Stay in Orlando ā€“ Cay Vista ResortOur VRBO at Cay Vista Resort was fantastic! The location couldnā€™t have been betterā€”just 1.2 miles from the convention center, close to Publix, and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, getting to Universal or anywhere in town was super easy with Uber.The resort was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Orlando. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place thatā€™s both relaxing and close to all the action! Plus the host was awesome and quickly to respond. Wonderful Stay and Outstanding Service
We had a great experience at this condo! The property manager was incredibly responsive when we encountered an issue with the unit on our first night. They quickly moved us to a comparable unit in the same complex, making the process smooth and stress-free. The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Publix, which was so convenient. The resort bar and pool area were amazingā€”perfect for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. The new condo was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and quick resolution from the property manager, and the resort amenities made our stay even better. Highly recommend this property for a great getaway!

We stayed for just a few nights to take our teens on a quick trip to Disney since they really don't remember it from their childhoods. Perfect for conferences
We stayed here with our family while we went to a conference. It's a very close drive to the conference center and it's not too far from Disney. The condo is clean and just as pictured. The community has a nice pool. I would recommend this place.

Clean and large property! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and in a convenient location to both Universal and Disney Springs. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Publix and Dunkin are within walking distance.

This home was comfortable, clean, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the living area with the comfy couch. This place is located in a great area with grocery store and a restaurant. Close to Seaworld which was great. I highly recommend this place. Itā€™s also 15 mins to the airport.

For the most part our stay was excellent. I was confused that this was listed as a new property but did not seem to be looking at some of the floors as well as the main bath shower. Shower was very small for me and my wife, I barely had enough room to bend over and wash my feet. Could have used more storage space for our clothing. When we were going to go swimming we did finally find towels but when we used one of them it was not clean and had hair on them. We weren't notified or told that the pool bar area would not be open. On a scale of 1-10 the room cleanliness was a 5. The pillows in the main bedroom were not very comfortable and very flat which made for a rough sleep. We were pleased with the location of the property as it was close to Disney and Universal studio.

Great family spot...so comfy!
We enjoyed our stay! It was roomy and clean and the ability to do laundry was key for this trip. It was easy to get to and close to everything we needed. It was definitely 5 stars for just about everything! I have just a couple very minor critiques. My main issue was lack of garbage bags. I understand minor amenities for properties, but there should be at least one bag per day provided. We had a 7 night stay so it would be nice to be provided with 7 bags. We ended up using grocery bags to assist us with our trash needs. Yes, we could go buy more, but for the price we paid for the unit, it would be a very simple thing to provide. We didn't run out of toilet paper, but honestly an extra roll or two for a longer stay should be considered. Last, and not a complaint, I just wanted you to know you might have a plumbing issue. The sinks in the primary bath do not drain well and one of our nights the drain dripped and sounded like it was trying to drain for about an hour. Again, not a complaint....just wanted you to be aware. Thanks for a lovely stay!
