The brand-new and modernly designed vacation home is located in the community of Windsor Island Resort which provides a community water park with a lazy river, tiki bar, spa, and more. This spacious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is perfect for accommodating up to 20 guests. It features a generously sized private pool and a heated spa, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

The modern, open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen creates an inviting space for quality family time. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We provide a variety of kitchen tools such as a coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. The kitchen bar comfortably seats four, while the dining table can accommodate 14. In the living room, you'll find a large flatscreen and comfy seating areas.

The downstairs area includes two master suites, both furnished with king-sized beds and full-sized bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms furnished with king-sized beds and another bedroom furnished with 2 doubled-sized beds. You will also find two kids bedrooms furnished with one one double and one twin bed in each room. Each bedroom has a 43" TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows.

Amenities
We provide essential amenities for your initial use, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, laundry materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if needed.

Cleaning Excellence
We will provide freshly washed and cleaned linens, bedsheets, and pillowcases upon your arrival. We will provide clean micro fleece blankets for your use. Freshly ironed towels, pool towels and face towels will be provided based on the guest's capacity, with extra quantities for added convenience.
