The facility had a roach problem. My room had a large cockroach. The shower drainage kept the area moist and that made it attractive to roaches.

We got a room for safety during Hurricane Milton, and the hotel staff could not have been better! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was kept clean, even with as busy and as booked as it was. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pet area was well maintained.

Este hotel, esta excelente localizado para quien jueguen en la sede de USTA en Lake Nona. Pero yo en lo personal no lo recomiendo, ya que lo utilice por 3 hoches y me cobraron las 3 noches mas 2 habitaciones mas que al dia de hoy nadie sabe responder porque hicieron esos cargos a mi Tarjeta de Credito. He llamado, he escrito y nadie se hace responsable. No lo recomiendo hasta que se hagan responsable. La comodidad de estar cerca de la USTA la vas a terminar pagando 4 o 5 veces por casos como este.

Was in town for tennis tournament and booked same day at Aloft with no issues. Hotel was wonderfully quiet, room was spacious even with 2 queen beds, mattress was firm, pillows smelled clean, bathroom was awesome and the decor throughout was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, even the dishes and utensils were beautiful. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend this hotel for peace, quiet and safety. I look forward to my next stay at Aloft.
