Element Vacation Homes welcomes you to Flamingo Bay. Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ kitchen and dining area equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dual large capacity fridge, granite countertops, spacious kitchen island, and a dining table fit for 16 – great for meals with family and friends. Just behind the dining table you'll find the 9' shuffleboard table.

Continue further into the living room to find a mounted 86” flat screen television perfect for movie nights. On a nice day, open the sliding doors for fresh air and head outside to take a dip in your own private pool. Outside you'll find a large high-end Weber propane grill, comfy sofa seating and a number of loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. While hanging out, see if you can spot the flamingos in the garden.

After pool time, head upstairs to the epic arcade room to settle the score. You'll have 4 machines to duke it out on including Dance Dance Revolution and Big Buck Hunter.

When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 10 bedrooms including 2 Large Master Suites with spa-like soaker tubs. Another bedroom located on the first floor features a wheelchair accessible shower. Seven other bedrooms are located upstairs and most have an attached bathroom.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.

Family Thanksgiving
Property was just what we needed, plenty of bedrooms with en-suites attached. Pool was a nice respite since we traveled from the north to Florida. Our only issue was the handicap bedroom on the main floor included a bed that was too high off the ground for our mother to comfortably get in by herself. The walk-in shower was perfect for her, but the bed posed issues. All in all, a wonderful stay.

We loved the house. Very spacious and located close to the Disney parks. The only thing was that the upstairs was very hot and everyone was not able to sleep comfortably because they were hot. Once the fans were brought in by the maintenance team it was a little bit better. The AC was at 70 degrees which was the lowest it could go but it wasn’t enough. We were not able to play the machines upstairs. Seemed like you needed to add money to them in order to play. The house manager was excellent at responding in a timely manner. We had a great time overall.

Everything was okay and we enjoyed our stay. We were supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen.The towels could have been bigger for adults. One of the bed frames was broken. The furniture was stained and dirty. The toilet water in the room by the pool was very hot and steam came up every time it was flushed. I informed the management company but no one came to fix it during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house is in need of some up keep.

The house and pool were great. Only issues we had, one of the cornhole boards was broken (which was the only game I wanted to play), but everyone had fun playing all the other games. One rooms shower and my bathtub didn’t have hot water for some reason. With being there such a short period of time, I didn’t reach out to try and get it fixed. Other than that, it was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and warm, plenty of room and lots to do. We actually skipped out on going to a theme park one day just to stay and enjoy the place and relax our last day there.

House was great. Property manager was very responsive. Communications were quick, concise and accurate. Would absolutely book this property or with this management company again. We had a property booked for Dec 31 - Jan 8. We arrived to find the house occupied and double booked. VRBO was no help (they reached out on Jan 4 to see if I needed help). I was able to find this house on VRBO myself. The property management was so responsive and helpful that I was able to book the property while in line at Magic Kingdom. It is not a stretch to say that they saved a Disney vacation for my family of 12 people. They will forever be on my preferred list when I am looking for a place to stay.

The house was even better than I expected it to be. Three king bedrooms downstairs each with a bathroom. The room by the front door is a wheelchair accessible bathroom and that's the first time I've seen a home provide this. That's incredible. The kitchen is stocked perfectly, it even has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers!!! The extremely long dining room table was genius - for sports lovers the huge tv was perfect for the football games for the dads. There's a garage with a game room and a whole room upstairs with arcade games!!! Upstairs is split so perfect for multi family stays. I reported an issue upon arrival very minor, but they called me within minutes asking if I needed it fixed and I didn't but just their promptness and attention to their guests was very impressive. The check-in process was smooth. I definitely will be renting his house again if it's ever available!!!! Oh, and overall cleanliness was perfection

Stayed this past weekend with a group of 20 family members ranging from adults, down to infant children. Cleaning of the house was superb as the space was immaculate upon entry. Front gate made it easy to get in and out of with their identifying guest signs they provided for your vehicles. Overflow parking was directly across from the house which made it easy to accommodate additional cars that would not fit in the driveway. Definitely go with the added option of heating the pool, it was great along with the hot tub; perfect to use even in the high 70s as pool water is warm enough to keep you comfortable in the pool. Wish the home network was a set up a bit better as I was not able to connect my wifi speakers to play music throughout the house as it was set up as a hotel style network, but hey, can't have it all. Property team was extremely responsive and got back to me very quickly whenever I had any questions.

Overall the property matches the pictures and descriptions - a few things were out of the owners perview but the management company was quick to rectify - really the issue were responsibility of the management and they were very quick to rectify - overall I would stay again as this hose is decked out with great amenities and the neighborhood is fantastic - location is close to everything - I would highly recommend picking this house for your next trip to Orlando

The Fun House
We stayed at this property while we were in town to go to Disney World for Thanksgiving break. When it was time to leave the parks, my niece would say. “Let’s go to the fun house!” The game rooms, yes, two game rooms and a shuffle board table were the gathering spots after fun-filled days at the parks. Young and old enjoyed it all!!! The distance to the parks was great, although we hit traffic on the way home a few nights on I4, but that would not deter us from staying there again. It’s Orlando, traffic is everywhere. Communication with the property manager was excellent! We needed extra towels. and we received them in no time. We had quite a few cars, so we parked in the overflow parking which luckily was right across the street. You definitely have to watch for the no parking signs on the streets because they will enforce that rule for sure. The house was well stocked with plates, bowls, coffee mugs, utensils, etc. Our last night which was Thanksgiving night, there were some neighbors arguing in the street which was uncomfortable, but that was the only occurrence of that nature. We look forward to the next time we visit the “fun house!” Our large family enjoyed our time there!
