Great Character Property!

A must stay!
We had a great time at this property! We booked it because we have a 2-year-old and this home has an actual crib. When your kid is too big for a pack and play but too young to leave in a bed this was a no brainer! They had everything we could possibly need there and a great view from the porch. Master bed was comfortable and room location was quiet, no issues! Both kids LOVED the bed and slide. Property owner was easy to get in touch with. Would stay at this property again and would recommend to friends and family!

Enjoyed our stay!
The only reason why the cleanliness is down one star is because we found a dead spider in the Aladdin room and then a dead bug by the kitchen/entry. Door was jerky at times. We noticed the AC temp would get extremely low even if you set the temp at 74, it would go down to 72 or 71 so we had to raise the temperature due to the house rules but also because it got really cold at one point. Friendly owner and gave instructions the day we arrived as well as the night before checking out. Liked the area and that it was super close to Disney. It helped with having a toddler. Enjoyed the pool/splash-pad as well. Never packed with people. Great stay in general!

We had a great stay. Checkin worked as anticipated, and the place was not only very clean, but beautifully decorated. The pictures don't even do it justice. Our kids are aged 8-15, but they all enjoyed the property. Everyone had fun at the community pool, and it was even comfortable for our teen with a broken leg. If you have infants or toddlers, it's even better. There's a crib, a pack n play, a changing table, even a diaper genie (it's Alladin themed, so of course there's a genie!) We would recommend for anyone, but its a must-do for families with babies or toddlers.

Wonderful stay. Property was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, excellent hosts. It is a beautiful home. Toddler had a fabulous time with the slide and toys. Crib, highchair and washer/dryer were appreciated. We enjoyed the clubhouse with the splash pad and lazy river, and the location was very convenient. The patio and view was also so relaxing! Would definitely return!

Disappointing Experience
The unit looked like the photos, and the resort amenities were very enjoyable. Unfortunately for my family, we experienced one inconvenience after another and I spent more time communicating with the owner than I wanted to during my vacation. Upon arrival, every towel throughout the unit was damp and we had to dry them ourselves. The internet was very unreliable which caused the security alarm system to lose connection multiple times throughout the night (making a loud chime noise each time it disconnected and re-connected). I couldn’t adjust the settings without a call to the owner. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t have cable and it took a 20 minute three-way call with the cable provider and the owner to set up the cable license for the tv. The bathtub drain stop didn’t hold water for our kid’s baths. Lastly, the “memory foam” mattress in the master bedroom was so firm that we bought foam toppers after the first night. It wasn’t the turnkey experience that we were expecting, especially for the price we paid.

My husband and I took our three toddler girls to Disney in Jan. They were OBSESSED with the bunk bed slide and dress ups. While in the Magic Kingdom, they asked to go back to the "Jasmine hotel" haha. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, but it looked very nice. Would recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Storey Lake resort! The pools were amazing and our kids loved the child friendly unit. They spent hours playing with the provided toys and the bunk bed slide. And Ken and Tina were kind, accommodating, and easy to contact when we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family Orlando Trip
My family and I really enjoyed this rental! It has the perfect setup for families with young children. The kids loved their beds and enjoyed playing with the stocked toys. The kitchen was stocked well stocked with a good amount of storage. We cooked most of our meals while we stayed for a week. The unit is well located within walking distance of the resort pool and located near all the Orlando attractions. We loved the balcony as well. The until also stays nice and cool even on hot days. We would come back to stay again.
