I don't want to come off as rude or mean in this, so I'll do the best I can with this review. For what you pay, its decent enough, a place to stay close to downtown Orlando, and if thats all you nedd then you got a good place here, but if you want 4 or 5 star

Only 1 shower, roaches at night :( very loud neighborhood. IF you want to shower might have to do it quick because is not even alot of water that comes out lol we were a family of 7 and gosh never though that it only had one shower and a half bathroom .

Our stay was short and sweet. The location was perfect as we needed to be close to the stadium. Tony was super nice as my husband had problems with getting in the front door. Tony was very responsive! Thank you.

Clean and simple
Nice, clean, spot with all you need. We came in for an event at the Orange Co Convention center, it was only 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is easy to find. If you're looking for clean on a budget- this is it. Owners communication was good, it did what we needed it to.

Not what was advertised at all!
Broken inoperable blinds and shades. Cafeteria floors with cracks and stains throughout. Stains on bedding and “designer furniture” throughout and dried up detergent in the washer. I’m typically not this particular with reviews but I booked based on prior (my guess planted reviews) were completely misrepresented. I made pictures upon check-in as proof. Also if you plan to book on the Jurassic themed bedroom, don’t bother unless you want a welcome mat in a kids bedroom with 3 small decals on the wall of the Jurassic park movie. The anticipation of driving up to the address took the winds out our sails after 17 hours of driving. If you need beds and a quick drive to the parks you will be happy-ish. Also, the other factor in booking this was we had to take our dog. I paid an additional a pricey amount a day for that luxury. The 8 year old dog left less of a mess than what we walked into. Plus good luck feeling comfortable walking him at night. If more people left honest reviews versus feeling guilted about the importance of reviews by the home owner it would help VRBO and the customer. The only good thing it's a quick drive to the parks.

A little inaccurate.
I had really high hopes looking at the pictures but unfortunately, they were not met. There were blinds missing on the back sliding door, an outlet cover missing in the primary room, as well as the tiles surrounding the shower window were not properly installed. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest in our opinion. We noticed police line caution tape on part of the fence. That did not leave a safe feeling. It had two upsides, it had a fenced in yard for our dogs and it was close to major roadways.

Great dog get away
Everything was great. The dogs loved the fenced in yard. Good sidewalks for walks. The neighbors are really friendly. Nice house with carport and 3 bedrooms. The TVs in each bedroom were great for mixed sleep schedules.

Convenient location
Only 5.5 miles from Universal Studios. Stayed Saturday through Tuesday enjoyed being able to have a whole house close to the park. Has a nice yard and covered parking for 1 car plus parking for 2 additional vehicles. Great TV's in every room. Nice to have a full stove, refrigerator, and washer dryer.

We Had a pleasant stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house in Orlando. In a nice quiet neighborhood, which was 15 minutes away from everything we needed to do. It was very centrally located, and The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Cute and comfortable
Had a nice week-long stay here! Our host, Tony, was extremely responsive, and we could tell that they are striving to provide a wonderful experience to their guests! We were comfortable all week, and truly appreciated their pet-friendly status. We wouldn't hesitate to consider staying here again for a future Orlando trip!
