Situated in the serene Champions Gate Resort with a short walk to the Clubhouse, you can escape the chaos of daily life and enjoy some well-deserved peace and tranquility.

The Space:
Champions Gate Resort - This spacious vacation home is perfect for large families and borders open space providing privacy, offering 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for ample space and comfort. Enjoy a stunning game room inspired by Guardians of the Galaxy, a media room for entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is also within walking distance from the clubhouse, giving you access to the resort-style pool and water slide. You can also request the pool heater for an additional fee with 48 hours notice.

Unfortunately, the BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent. However, we can provide alternative grill rental options for your stay! Feel free to reach out for more details.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood's two championship golf courses, designed by Greg Norman, are a significant draw for golf enthusiasts. At the same time, the large clubhouse, tennis center, fitness center, resort-style pool, and lazy river offer plenty of leisure options for all ages.
Champions Gate's convenient location near major highways makes it easy for renters to explore nearby attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The neighborhood also has several shopping and dining destinations, including a Publix grocery store, a Starbucks, and various restaurants.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**

We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.

**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**

To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.

**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**

Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a head’s up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**

- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.
- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

Great Vacation
This spacious and spotless rental provided the perfect setting for our family's Christmas gatherings. The corner lot location offered added privacy, with no neighbors to the back or left side. Conveniently located near restaurants and I-4, it was easy to get around.

Lovely property
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and loved it. We were so close to the clubhouse which was fantastic. The house itself was very clean and loads of space. The pool was the biggest we have had so far as we have been to Florida on many occasions. The only fault we had with this property was the outside pool area needed a clean. We cleaned the outdoor furniture when we arrived but the cobblestone needed a clean. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms (especially the game room) were much larger and nicer than the pictures on the website. Amenities- tissues, salt/pepper, coffee and filters, pot holder, dish soap inconveniently not provided. Everyone enjoyed the recreation offered at the community club. Will definitely consider returning but will have to plan to be prep pored for the deficiencies.

Stayed here for my milestone birthday trip to Disney World. The house was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. All 9 of us had to room to spread out and relax after our long days at the Park. Check in was a bit hectic even though I had submitted everything needed ahead of time. Made a long travel day a bit longer. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property,no complaints. Easy check in, the beds were super soft, house was clean, love the game room, and the TV room. I would definitely recommend this location walking distance to the oasis pool.

Great stay!
The house is as described in the listing. There were 18 of us and there was well over enough space for everyone. There are signs of wear and tear but nothing unbearable. The couch does need a deep clean and the fence around the pool needs tending to. We would definitely rent from Star Vacation Home in the future.

Friends and Family Reunion 2023
My college friends annual girls trip extended to our family members this year, so all 18 of us (ages 2-54), rented this house for the weekend. The kids had fun in the pool all day while adults enjoyed hanging out and family game nights. The movie theater room was perfect, and game room was nice for the guys and kids. We would have enjoyed having all the supplies for the game room, but my group made it work. Also, there was a slight inconvenience with the carpet in one bedroom being cleaned prior to our arrival and it remained wet the whole time. I guess something happened before we got there and they had to do what they had to do. The property manager was courteous enough to inform me before arriving that day, and I was appreciative of that. With that being said, our group made it work and we enjoyed our weekend to the fullest. The resort amenities were nice as well. Even with the inconvenience and lack of supplies in the game room, we had a blast and would definitely rent this place again. This house was clean and had well laid out floor plan.

The property was clean and appeared as it does in the pictures. Great location to the Oasis Clubhouse. Paid for the pool hear but it was not working the first couple of days. They did come and fix it. Once they did, it took a day to heat. Just wondering if they refund some money when that happens. But overall, a very good house to stay at.

Our stay was great! We had family come together from 5 different states & it was enough room for everyone. We had an issue with one of the showers in the upstairs bathroom & they came out right away to fix it. The pool was awesome, the kids were able to use it every day. This house was great for me and my family. We would love to stay again. I recommend this Gated Community to anyone. the only issues we had was it rain the whole week we was there, so certain parts of the roofs had started to leak and also the refrigerator wasn't cold enough, our freezer food went bad. It was a great stay

Spacious, clean and fun
With 8 bedrooms and lots of beds this house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Pool area is great and somewhat private since there's only one house beside it and has a privacy screen. Theater room was a hit for late night movies and nice audio surround sound. Game room was also fun, classic arcade, foosball and pool table. The house is just next to the clubhouse so you can just walk over. There's a few wear and tear around the house but nothing major. Property manager is responsive and provides details. Overall we had a great time!
