This beautiful 9-bedroom villa is one of the largest villas available for rental in the Disney area! Great for large groups and sleeps an amazing 30 people!

This villa spans over 3,800 sq/ft of professionally furnished decor and furnishings. This awesome home has a south-facing pool and privacy screen. Champions Gate Resort has fantastic amenities (The Oasis), social and recreational amenities for everyone in the family with golf, clubhouses, a lagoon pool with slide, kids playground and splash zone, fine and casual dining, tennis and volleyball, a poolside lounge and grill, lazy river and a fitness center.

The property features 9 bedrooms and 5 baths.
GROUND FLOOR:
On the ground floor, you will enjoy one master suite with a king-size bed, a separate shower, and a garden tub in the bathroom. There is also a separate entrance to the pool area through this master.

The second bedroom also located on the first floor offers a king bed and shared bath. Both of these bedrooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in.

The living room is open and spacious with a total of three sofas to relax and enjoy the TV and watch a movie on Blu-Ray DVD player. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. The large dining area seats ten around the table and another four at the breakfast bar.

If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and stainless steel kitchen is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family-ready. This family-friendly home also offers free local calling and free WI-FI and a safe where you can keep personal items.

SECOND FLOOR:
The laundry is conveniently located on the second floor with a washer and dryer. The other bedrooms are located on this floor which include

Large South facing pool with privacy screen and spa available with optional pool heating at $30/day (3 night minimum), recommended from October - May. There are two separate patio tables with chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun. Please note that the spa does not heat up like a hot tub. If pool heat is purchased, the spa will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.

The check-in process took almost 2 hours. We rented a grill that was not there when we arrived at the house, and it was delivered a day later without any refund. The air conditioning upstairs did not work well and the air filter was very dirty. Three days after the house was delivered, they charged us for a damaged pool skimmer door, which we never touched or saw during our stay, and charged us an additional $150 for pool maintenance. ITrip seems like a dishonest company to us, always using as an excuse that the guest has to understand that the problems are due to the large number of people and high operational capacity during the holidays.

Not the vacation we hoped for
Firstly, I want to say that I am a property maintenance inspector (as well as another member of my family who was on the trip and a retired fire chief) so any place either myself or my family stay in we look over very carefully upon arrival. Although I understand normal "wear and tear" on a house, there were so many issues beyond that. For what you pay to stay here the house is VERY basic folks. Although my husband (who drove 14 hrs in our car to get there on time to be sure he was able to unload our luggage and make it back up to the airport to pick up myself and our children) was granted access into the complex and arrived merely an hour early to the home. Mgmt tried to say the reason the house was in the condition it was in was because he "arrived too early". However, I explained to them that what we found to be issues within the home upon our arrival was well over an hours worth of work. Not to mention the fact that the next day 2 maintenance men showed up and spent 2 hours at the house making repairs and still did not get everything done and there were things they weren't able to fix at all. We also advised them that the photos on the website should be updated because they were outdated and misleading. We wasted the first 2 days of our stay having to go back and forth with multiple contacts for the property. I also recommend looking at the BBB website for any properties owned by companies for additional complaints. I could go on further but this box won't let me.

We had 18 athletes, 3 chaperones and 2 coaches all staying here and we very much enjoyed our stay. It served its purpose and allowed us to spend some relaxing time at the Oasis club house. Great stay. Thank you!

We overall enjoyed the huge house that got our whole family together in one place. Unfortunately the property was nothing worth highlighting besides that it’s big. The kitchen counters were filthy, stains on carpets and rugs, ripped screen door outside by the pool, pavers needed tlc (a couple of them moved when stepped on), the house needs a deep clean. We couldn’t use the oasis club (were told that this property was not approved on the list). The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. We called to get them to fix it but the pool guy showed up and left without making sure it worked. I wouldn’t return to this property but we loved that it was big enough to fit our family comfortably.

Plenty of room for our large group. We booked a year ahead of time. My suggestion would be that if names of all of the folks are needed prior to being allowed to enter the subdivision, it should not be a one time email delivered just prior to departure. The email is multiple pages and upon our arrival, we were not the only folks having difficulty checking in. The rules for entry should be in a separate email with only that information. We booked for a day prior to Disney to relax and enjoy the pool and then leave the day after Disney. The day prior to Disney, the pool was not in shape for young folks to swim in, so we had to keep them out. We lost that relaxing swim day since by the time the pool folks arrived after multiple calls, it was later afternoon and raining big time. The kitchen is not set up for a large group. We needed to change our cooking plans. No Keurig, which we were not prepared for. Very strict guidelines for trash. Even though, the trash was not picked up for at least one day that we were there. The bench for the trash does not accommodate the 9 bedroom house that it is servicing. Very difficult to meet the guidelines without inconvenience. We made a trip to the dumpster prior to leaving, but could not meet the deadline of departure and had to leave a bag or two behind since trash was not picked up the day before. We loved the house and the space. It is managed by a service with no owner communication.

The property was nice. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own room. Management was responsive when we needed pool maintenance and an air conditioner check because the house was too cold. We would stay here again. The only recommendation I have is that they need new pans, especially a frying pan. That’s a minor thing, we just bought one. Overall everyone enjoyed the home and the pool.

My Experience!
This property was very nice & very convenient! It accommodated all my guest, we even had room for extra people. There were minor issues that needed to be fixed but over all the house was excellent! Great neighborhood & the host was very responsive within a good time frame. I would recommend this house & I would stay again !

DO NOT stay here! The house was not clean! upon my arrival there were dead roaches, dirty linen when the cleaning person came back they simply put a new pillowcase on put the dirty one in the drawer., dust EVERYWHERE. carpet was extremely dirty and old, We paid for a heated pool, and the pool was never heated. A cleaning person came and tried to heat the pool but it never worked. There was not enough towels and wash cloths for all of our guests. It was impossible to talk someone that could help, customer service was terrible. They eventually stopped answering my calls and emails. Some of the kids broke out shortly after the trip. The lady at the gate gave our guests a hard time getting into the community. The host never responded to my emails and calls. After the trip they charged me over $400 for a "cloudy pool, due to abuse". I sent several pics to Primer resort properties LLC Itrip and still have not received a response till this day. Its clear they don't care and only want your money! We were never given a checklist to protect our self from the bogus charges and cannot find anyone to speak to over the phone to get dispute these charges. The TVs were all disconnected we had to hook them up! overall just a terrible stay!! Please do not stay here!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!! I will be making reviews on as many sites as possible with pictures. Nobody wants to take accountability.

Loved the property and layout. We had 16 golfers stay and it was very spacious and comfortable.
The pool never warmed up despite paying the $120 for the heating to be turned on. The cooking pans need replacing!!

Championsgate trip
The spa was warm the first couple days and then was cold for several days before going warm again. This was disappointing. We had a very small RV that our group arrived in. We did not know you couldn't park in on the driveway or in overflow parking. We had to leave it nightly at the grocery store and walk about one mile from the entrance of Championsgate to our house with all of our luggage. The house was dirty/could use a thorough cleaning. The TV's did not work until I asked for someone to come look at them. We had to use our Hulu service to watch TV on the main TV as the cable box did not work. We were on a golf trip and it worked fine for our needs, but I would have been extremely disappointed if it was a family vacation.

Paid for a heated pool that wasn't heated,, was told it was my fault for letting the spa run,, And it takes days for a pool to get heated. We were there for a week, I called and advised them about the pool and they never sent the maintenance guy out there, like they said they would, Obviously they did not care, The pool guy came by on his Is routine cleaning and stated the filter was clogged and water could not get through to heat the pool he got the pool heating up so we got one day to enjoy the pool. The company refused to give my money back, giving me a bunch of different reasons Which did not make any sense. I paid for a heated pool.,, Was very disappointed, The place needs to be updated one of the T v's didn't work. The spa had a piece sticking out that would cut you. Shower handle came off in hand. Due to the way they handled things I Will not stay in this place again.
