Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.
Please read the space description regarding the 2nd bedroom. It’s only included if you put in over 2 guests. This is done to keep the cost down bc most people only need 1 bedroom.
This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena, Publix and Lake Eola. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses silverware etc. (no stove). Netflix, amazon prime and a digital antenna are provided. Unit is on 2nd floor.
Owner lives in another unit on property so please be courteous.
The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location.
Please note the second bedroom is extra for the unit.
The price and cleaning fee are based on use of one bedroom per night. It will be locked off for bookings with 2 guests. The second bedroom is included after 2 guests as you pay 20.00 per guest per night after 2. If you have 2 people
staying and need the extra room there will be a 20.00 extra fee per night. Please put in over 2 guests to make sure it’s reserved.
Security deposit required for guests under 21.
Parking is free for one car unless you book for over 2 guests. Early check in is extra.
There is a nice big front porch to people watch.
You will receive check in instructions on day of arrival.
Publix is across the street as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando. It’s across from Lake Eola.
Restaurants: stubborn mule is one of my favorites, Rusteak & Osphere are also good.
For ambiance I like relax grill and world of beer (they’re on lake Eola).
Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour.
Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings.
