Get a room away from the river overlooking the pigs. The smell was awful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location.

Me gustó el hotel, el horario de entrada me dijeron era distinto al que venía en mi reservación y me hubiera gustado que hicieran un esfuerzo por darnos una habitación a fin de cuentas fue error por parte del hotel, pero no hicieron nada y el ruido del rio en la noche si fue no tan fácil para nosotras

El WiFi no llega a las habitaciones del 2do. piso y mucho menos al 3ero. se tiene que ir al estacionamiento, no puedes ocupar las mesitas del restaurante para trabajar en tu laptop ya que no te lo permiten.

Me aceptaron con mi mascota lo cual fue maravilloso. El hotel es sencillo, recién remodelado. Le faltan muchas cosas, un frigobar sería ideal, los colchones son MUY duros. Me pidieron sacar a mi mascota para que pudieran hacer la limpieza. Salí, les avisé y pasadas tres horas regresé para ver que no la limpiaron. El servicio como el hotel es muy básico, ideal si vienes pocas noches o de paso.

Lo bueno: Tiene una buena ubicación a unas cuadras del centro, la atención en la recepción muy amables. Lo malo: Las toallas y las sábanas limpias pero muy desgastadas, la puerta del baño no tenía cerrojo, ruido por la noche por una terminal de autobuses enfrente, limitados lugares de estacionamiento.

El hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de todo, muy limpio y habitaciones sencillas pero con lo necesario para una estancia de vacaciones o de negocios. Un poco de ruido por un taller cercano. Se escucha en la noche los ruidos de los animales del zoológico ubicado a los lados del río. En general me gustó mucho y volvería a ocupar sus servicios
